Salman Khan's sister, Arpita Khan Sharma's house helper stole her expensive diamond earrings. The star sister, who is married to Aayush Sharma, filed a complaint to the Mumbai police after the robbery from her apartment in Khar. As soon as the complaint was filed, the Khar police arrested a 30-year-old man, who works as a house help at Arpita and Aayush's home. This episode has left the entire nation worried as earlier Sonam Kapoor's home was robbed by their house help.
According to media reports, the stolen jewellery of Arpita Khan Sharma was recovered from their house help's home, who is identified as Sandip Hegde. The man worked as a domestic staffer at Arpita's high-rise apartment in Khar, Mumbai. Arpita in her police complaint mentions that her diamond earrings worth Rs. 5 lakhs were kept in the make-up tray and they had gone missing. Currently, Hegde is under police custody and has been booked under section 381 (theft by a servant)of IPC.

Arpita and Aayush had tied the knot on November 18, 2014, at the Taj Falaknuma Palace in Hyderabad. Later, they had a grand reception at Aayush's hometown in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. The duo was blessed with a baby boy on March 30, 2016. And on December 27, 2019, their family got completed the arrival of their baby girl.
