The actor owns apartments in the Bella Vista and Marina Apartments. However, now according to a recent report in Money Control, it is revealed that Aamir's lavish home is going to be rebuilt.

Both the apartments offer a tranquil living experience to its residents. However, as per the recent report, the structures of these apartments are set to undergo transformation. According to the report, the apartments will be demolished so that fresh developments on the plot can be executed. The report mentioned that a company, Atmosphere Realty is behind this redevelopment initiative.
According to the report, Aamir Khan is quite interested in this redevelopment project. The report also added that the existing owners of the apartments, along with Aamir Khan will receive residences, which will have an increased area ranging between 55-60 per cent with the new structure. As per the report, the new apartments that will be built on the plot will cost between Rs. 80,000 and Rs. 1,25,000 per square foot.

Another report in India Today mentioned that Aamir Khan is all set to shift his base to Chennai. Revealing the reason behind the same, the report stated that the actor's mother, Zeenat Hussain is not keeping well, hence Aamir has decided to relocate to Chennai for some time. A source close to Aamir's family mentioned that his mother is admitted to a private hospital, and the former has decided to stay in a hotel near the treatment centre.
Talking about Aamir Khan's personal life, the actor got married twice. He exchanged vows with his first wife, Reena Dutta on April 18, 1986. The duo hopped onto their parenthood journey after they welcomed their two beautiful kids, Junaid Khan and Ira Khan. However, after 16 years of marital bliss, they parted ways. For the unversed, it was in 2002, when Reena and Aamir were granted divorce. Later, Aamir gave love another chance and tied the knot for the second time to Kiran Rao in 2015, and the duo welcomed a son, Azad Rao Khan, via IVF. However, it was in 2021 when Aamir and Kiran announced their divorce, after living a blissful marital life for 15-and-a-half years.
