Sapna wanted interim relief in relation to the premiere of her movie, and her apprehension was related to her personal safety. Sapna stated that her professional commitment and personal safety will be disrupted. The court noted in the order that:
"Respondent (Choudhary's husband) is restrained from approaching the petitioner in any manner till the next date of hearing. Respondent is restrained from contacting the petitioner in any manner or visiting her place of residence or work and committing any act of domestic violence till the NDOH (next date of hearing)."
Well, according to the submissions that were made by the counsel of Sapna Chaudhary, a denial related to the immediate relief could kind of create harm, affecting her dignity and safety and also interfere with her professional engagements, which include her appearance at the movie premiere.
Well, post considering the petition, the material and affidavit, which was put on record, included pictures of alleged injuries, and varied electronic devices. The court had found a lot of grounds on the preliminary stage to issue a summons and also grant an interim relief. Well, the court had also directed the protection officer and the local courts to adhere to the directions and give assistance to the petitioner.
