Several clips of the once-famous child actor, Tylor Chase, from the streets left everyone shocked. Now, the police came forward with some details, including the actor's reaction to his recent clips.
Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide's actor, Tylor Chase, grabbed attention with his exceptional acting skills on the series that ran for three seasons from 2004 to 2007. The actor was seen as 'Martin Qwerly' in the series. Following this, he appeared in some of the projects and went MIA from the glamour world. In 2015, he talked about suffering from BPD, as reported, and he had been missing until September 2025, when a video of him from the streets went viral.
The actor looked unrecognisable as he was seen in tattered clothes by the side of the road. His condition sparked a sense of pain and concern around, and amid this, another video of him recently went viral, wherein he was seen remembering that he was that famous kid from Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide. Well, now the police have come forward to reveal some details about Tylor Chase, including his reaction to the recent viral videos of him.
Riverside Police Department Public Information Officer Ryan Railsback recently had a conversation with the Daily Mail, wherein it was revealed that the authorities also don't have the information for how long Tylor Chase has been living on the streets. He also mentioned that at least once a week, the authorities reached out to Tylor and interacted with him, where he remained extremely cordial and cooperative.
The police even offered him medical help, temporary shelter, and other various resources, which he continuously declined. On being asked whether the authorities have reached out to any of Tylor's relatives, it couldn't be confirmed. As per Officer Ryan:
"We do not know how long he has been experiencing homelessness. During all of our interactions, he has been cordial and cooperative with our officers, who contact him at least once a week and consistently offer a variety of resources, including assistance with temporary shelter options. Regarding family, I am not aware of any attempts by officers to contact relatives on his behalf."
On the other hand, authorities reported to TMZ that when police informed Tylor Chase about his viral videos from the streets, he didn't seem upset. It was only a few days ago, when an influencer spotted Tylor on the streets and dropped a video that instantly went viral. Following this, a GoFundMe was created in his name, which, although it raised some funds, the actor's family said that Taylor didn't need money, but rather medical help. In another video, Tylor was seen in tattered clothes when he was asked by a woman if he had been seen in any shows. Tylor was seen remembering and telling the lady that he was the famous kid from Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide.
After Tylor Chase was spotted by an influencer, a GoFundMe page was created, after which the creator spoke with the actor's mom, who said his son didn't need money but medical help. She also shared that people had gifted the previous actor phones, but he lost them within one or two days, and thus her son couldn't manage his money on his own. After the conversation, the GoFundMe page was shut down. Tylor Chase's mom said:
"Tylor needs medical attention not money. But he refuses it. I appreciate your effort. But money would not be a benefit to him. I have gotten him several phones, but he loses them within a day or two. He can’t manage money for his meds by himself."
