She said she didn’t know how to be around Martyn without falling back into that pattern.

Eaden filed for divorce in November 2014, citing irreconcilable differences, and the divorce was finalized in December 2015. Chrissy Metz, 45, says she has started using a GLP-1 after years of trying other approaches without success. She told PEOPLE that she wanted to take care of herself as she enters perimenopause, noting a family history of obesity, including with her father.
According to her, she had tried diets, therapy, and other methods, but nothing had worked for her. She said she had been doubtful about GLP-1s, assuming they would not help her and might cause bad side effects. However, she described the experience so far as positive. She noted that the medication had reduced what she called “food noise,” meaning she was no longer thinking constantly about eating, even while eating.
Chrissy also said it had helped with mobility, joint pain and inflammation, and made performing in Broadway’s & Juliet easier. Metz said she expects public judgment either way and that she has learned to ignore critics. She emphasized that decisions about her health are between her, her doctors, and her family history.
