Apart from pageantry, she has established an impressive career in fashion. Neha completed her education at Pearl Academy before launching her luxury fashion label, Hensley, in 2015. It was best known for the elegant and minimalist designs of Indian craftsmanship.
Before stepping into the world of fashion, she also had a successful modeling career. Neha had appeared on the covers of leading magazines like Vogue, Elle, and L'Officiel. Although she closed her label in 2019, she continues to work in fashion and design.
Kunal Nayyar and Neha Kapur first met in New Delhi in 2008. It was after they got introduced by a mutual friend at a bar. The actor once shared that he was instantly impressed by Neha. In fact, he later joked that she was "way out of my league." Meanwhile, interestingly, she knew very little about The Big Bang Theory and never watched it before meeting him.
After Kunal returned to the United States for work, they maintained a long-distance relationship. At the same time, Neha visited him just a few weeks later, and they continued their romance.
Kunal and Neha dated for three years before they got married on December 22, 2011. They tied the knot in an elaborate 6-day wedding celebration in New Delhi with nearly 1,000 guests in attendance. Now, the couple divides their time between London, Los Angeles, and New Delhi. At the same time, they support educational scholarships and charitable initiatives.
It has been nearly 7 years since the end of The Big Bang Theory. But unlike some other cast members, Kunal Nayyar chose to continue acting rather than taking a break. He works in acting, business, and philanthropy. In fact, Kunal recently surprised fans by returning as an alternative version of 'Raj Koothrappali' in The Big Bang Theory's spin-off, Stuart Fails To Save The Universe.
Kunal has appeared in projects such as Christmas Karma, Spaceman, and How to Date Billy Walsh. Alongside, Kunal has also stepped into entrepreneurship as the co-founder of IQ121. It is a secure cloud-based digital storage platform. The platform is made to help families maintain important digital records.
The actor also started Good Karma Productions. He also spoke about how he quietly helps families by paying medical debts. Beyond these tasks, he advocates for greater representation of South Asians in the entertainment industry.
