Aditya Dhar released the teaser of Part 2 of Dhurandhar, and it's showtime. The revenge is on the list, and as the teaser claimed, 'neya Hindustan ghar mein ghusega bhi aur maarega bhi', it sent chills through every fan's bones, who have been waiting for the teaser to be dropped on February 3, 2026. Part 2 of Dhurandhar will be released on March 19, 2026, and ahead of that, the teaser left fans excited again. However, a certain section of the fans remained disappointed as the new teaser had been shown to them before, so what's new and what's happening surrounding the showtime of 'Hamza's revenge mission, let's have a look!
On February 3, 3026, a new teaser was dropped, which was of Dhurandhar Part 2. There's no denying the fact that the fans were overly excited for the release of Part 2 of the movie. However, when it was revealed that on February 3, 2026, the teaser would be dropped, people just couldn't wait to see what might happen in part 2. But when the teaser was dropped, it turned out to be a disappointment for the fans of the movie, since the new teaser was the old post-credit scene from Part 1.
Netizens in the comment section are discussing the same, while others have been defending, asking people to be patient enough for the movie to take over, thereby focusing on the big picture. To mention the line where Ranveer said that it's a new India, and 'ye ghar mein ghusega bhi aur maarega bhi', is enough to make people understand that it will be a showtime. In one word, people who were waiting for glimpses of Part 2, remained a bit disappointed, but there came the excitement that overdrove it.
Dhurandhar Part 1 had a budget of Rs. 250-300 crore, as reported, while it crossed the Rs. 1000 crore mark domestically. Now, the movie is streaming on Netflix, and people have been waiting for Part 2 to take over. Amid this, a report by NDTV revealed the possible budget for the movie. As per the report, Dhurandhar Part 2 is already completed, and Aditya Dhar wanted to release it in one go, but given the duration being long, he cut the film into two parts.
In line with the logic, the entire movie's budget had been Rs. 250-300 crore, and thus Part 2 is made on Rs. 0. Well, there's no confirmation about the same just yet, and it's just an assumption, as of now.
Talking about the plot, Dhurandhar Part 2 will show 'Hamza's journey. 'Hamza's alleged real name was Captain Jaskirat Singh Rangi, an officer who was in lifetime imprisonment, who was hired by Ajit Doval for spying in Pakistan. The entire history of 'Hamza' will be revealed in Part 2 of the movie, which is slated to be released in March 19, 2026. Part 2 will also track 'Hamza' finding his next target 'Bade Sahab'.
