Abhishek Malhan, famously known by his YouTube name, Fukra Insaan, rose to nationwide fame with his stint in the reality show, Bigg Boss OTT 2, hosted by Salman Khan. If reports are to be believed, Abhishek Malhan is all set for a new chapter of his life with none other than Jiya Shankar. For the unversed, the two were together inside Bigg Boss OTT 2 and shared a great bond.
Abhishek Malhan and Jiya Shankar grew close inside Bigg Boss OTT 2 house, which was well known. People outside even linked the two, and many thought they might start dating. They even did a song together, which further sparked their relationship buzz. However, in 2024, they ended their association and clarified that they had never been more than just friends. But almost a year later, the rumours surrounding their relationship resurfaced.
As per a report by Telly Khazana, it was revealed that Abhishek and Jiya have made their relationship public and reports claim that they are planning to get engaged soon. The post can be read as:
"It’s official! Fukra Insaan and Jiya Shankar have made their relationship public, and reports say an engagement could be on the way. Wishing this cute couple love and happiness always (sic)."
However, it is worth noting that neither Abhishek nor Jiya has confirmed the claims or spoken about them. Also, they do not follow each other on social media. However, in 2024, Jiya Shankar had penned a long note dismissing the buzz surrounding her relationship with Abhishek. She clarified that they share only friendship and it has also ended. She added that she doesn't follow any of these meme pages or have any knowledge of how this works. She said:
“Saying this for ONE LAST TIME to whoever it concerns! I’ve got nothing to do with Fukra Insaan or these meme pages. We shared nothing but friendship, & even that no longer exists. I don’t even follow any of these meme pages or have any knowledge of how this works. I always assumed them making this sort of stuff for views, or I’ve no idea if someone pays for this s***, but if the blame comes on me with nasty comments on my character & family, then hear it, panda gang, I’M SELF MADE, LOUD & PROUD! I’m because of ME and not because of anyone else. Way above these CHEAP STUNTS! So stay in your lane & keep my mother’s & my name out of your filthy mouths."
On the work front, Jiya Shankar has been part of several shows such as Pishachini, Kaatelal and Sons, Laal Ishq, Meri Haanikarak Biwi, and Queens Hain Hum. She was also loved for her role in the Marathi film, Ved opposite Riteish Deshmukh. Talking about Abhishek Malhan, his name has been linked to many. Currently, he is speculated to be dating influencer, Kanika a.k.a. Kirandeep Kaur. However, Abhishek likes to keep his personal life private.
