After an overdose emergency, Clavicular has fallen into another problem after his YouTube channels were suddenly removed from the internet. The influencer who rose to fame for making controversial 'looksmaxxing' videos revealed his channels were taken down without any warning. Some screenshots from the taken-down have gone viral, raising questions over the platform's moderation. Since many internet users are confused about what happened, let's know more about why his channels were taken down.
Braden Eric Peters, better known as Clavicular, informed his followers via an X post that his YouTube channels, "LiveWithClav" and "ClavLooksmax," had been terminated. He revealed that there was no prior warning or explanation from the platform about the same. According to Clavicular, the channels included his livestream recordings and self-improvement content aimed at helping young men. He further claimed that his team made efforts to follow all the platform's rules, including removing sensitive material. In his words:
"Very sad news this morning. My YouTube channels, @LiveWithClav and @ClavLooksmax, were terminated this morning with no warning or explanation. The channels consisted of livestream VODs and free courses created by me to help empower young men to be the best versions of themselves."

However, a screenshot from the channel's termination hinted at a different story. YouTube allegedly cited "a severe or repeated violation" of its community guidelines. These violations led to the ban on his channel. Although no specific video was mentioned in the message, observers believed that his content, especially about "bonesmashing" and extreme physical transformation, might have violated YouTube's policies due to its harmful nature. Some internet users also pointed out that such content for young audiences can often trigger the enforcement of safety rules.

The YouTube ban has just made things even more difficult for Clavicular. Initially, in April 2026, he was hospitalised after a suspected overdose during a livestream. The footage went viral on the internet, showing Clavicular appear disoriented before abruptly ending the livestream. Later, emergency services were called, and Clavicular shared an image of himself with visible injuries. However, he claimed that the injuries were caused to him during the medical treatment.

Eventually, in some of his posts, Clavicular admitted to using substances to deal with certain things in life. But he mentioned that he intended to quit it. Meanwhile, the incident left his followers concerned. At the same time, it caused some professional fallout as his publicist distanced himself from Clavicular. But after the setback, Clavicular began engaging with his audience again.

Clavicular rose to fame by promoting the controversial "looksmaxxing" subculture. It is a trend where people focus on maximising their physical appearance through grooming, fitness, and sometimes extreme or risky methods. One such debated method is "bonesmashing,", where individuals aim to achieve perfect facial features by striking facial bones.

The practice has received a lot of criticism from medical professionals who call it "unsafe". At the same time, Clavicular has been linked to multiple arrests for conflicts, possession-related charges, and more. However, some cases were dropped later. Sometimes his provocative content also drew him flak. Despite all these setbacks, Clavicular has a strong presence on other platforms like Kick, where he shares the majority of his content.
