Travis Barker first shared a photo with his daughter, Alabama Barker. He shares her with his ex-wife, Shanna Moakler. In the picture, the musician was seen dressed for a medical procedure while his daughter smiled beside him for the photo. Reassuring fans that he was supported by his daughter, he penned:
"My baby girl came with me."
A while later, Travis shared another image. The new image featured his wife, Kourtney Kardashian, who sat beside him at the hospital. He addressed her as his "support system" and wrote, "And my beautiful wife by my side."
Despite updating about his hospital visit, the musician chose not to share the exact reason for his hospitalisation. Also, there has been no update about any procedure he might have undergone. For those who don't know, Travis Barker's latest hospital visit comes after he suffered many major health issues over the years. One of the most significant moments of his life took place in 2008 when he survived a devastating plane crash in South Carolina. Four people died in the accident, and Travis was left with three-degree burns over the majority of his body.
As a result, the drummer had to spend several months in hospitals and also underwent more than 20 surgeries and skin graft procedures. Later, he shared that the trauma also caused him post-traumatic stress disorder. Therefore, he was afraid of flying for more than a decade.
Once in 2022, Travis was taken to the hospital for severe abdominal pain. Eventually, he was diagnosed with acute pancreatitis. Doctors revealed that a routine procedure led to his life-threatening condition. Fortunately, he recovered after getting intensive treatment. At the same time, he had to deal with blood clots, cellulitis, chronic nerve pain and other injuries at different points in life due to his physically demanding work as a drummer.
Similarly, in 2023, Travis Barker underwent surgery to repair a torn finger ligament. Again in 2025, he suffered a painful tibia injury when he was training for a marathon. Due to all the extensive medical history, even Travis' short hospital visit attracts public attention.
