The actress was born in Northern California in September 1997. Michelle started her career in modelling after signing with Wilhelmina Models, before moving into acting. In fact, she is also the younger sister of Cassie Randolph, who rose to fame after winning Season 23 of The Bachelor. Glen Powell and Michelle Randolph's dating rumours began in November 2025, when they were seen line dancing together at the famous Broken Spoke dance hall in Austin, Texas. Later, they were spotted spending time together on multiple occasions, fueling speculation that there was more than just friendship between them.
Eventually, towards December 2026, sources claimed that they were casually dating. In fact, Michelle had already met Glen's family. According to insiders, his loved ones found her "sweet and lovely". Gradually, the relationship continued to grow over the following months. They were seen together on a holiday in Miami, and later attended a Golden Globes after-party.
