Who Is Kylie Jenner's Second Housekeeper Juana? Blames Reality Star For Mental Torture And Insomnia

Well, another housekeeper of Kylie Jenner has come forward and sued the reality star for mistreatment. The woman who was working with Kylie was Juana Delgado Soto, a former domestic worker at Kylie's home. According to reports on social media, Juana worked for Jenner from 2019 to 2025. She was managed by outside agencies, and her earlier employment details are not known.

Juana Delgado Soto's lawsuit against Kylie Jenner came a few days after her first domestic help, Angelica Vasquez, also filed a separate complaint related to the same. Now, Juana Delgado Soto has filed a strong lawsuit against 28-year-old, Kylie Cosmetics Founder, Kylie Jenner. Juana Delgado Soto, had also filed a complaint against staff supervisor, Itzel Sibrian, Tri Star Services and La Maison Family Services.

Kylie Jenner's second housekeeper, Juana Delgado Soto, according to a report by the Los Angeles Times, made strong claims against Kylie. She alleged that the reality star did not pay her wages, harassed her and also discriminated, according to the court documents that she presented. The report revealed that it was in 2019 when Juana joined Kylie and alleged that her meal and rest breaks were not given. Juana further alleged that things had become much worse for her by 2023, when Sibiran had become her supervisor.

The report further revealed that Sibrian was temporarily removed due to the complaint filed by Juana. Sibrian reportedly then had retaliated against Juana for the strong claims she had made. Reportedly, Juana's hourly wages got reduced, the workload looked unimaginable, and her schedule was also changed as per the lawsuit. Juana had made claims that she had made a report to the human resources department related to the alleged mistreatment she faced in 2024. Juana had made the accusation that she was mocked and made fun of by her supervisor. Her immigration status, race was questioned and she was also called stupid.

Juana Delgado Soto reportedly was not allowed to mourn when her brother died

The lawsuit that was obtained revealed that Soto was forced to miss her birthday parties in order to cover Kylie's dinners. Juana was also not allowed to give herself time to mourn when her brother passed away. Soto, according to the report, claimed:

 "Staff whispered that [she] was lying about her brother's death and kept forcing her to pick up trash they purposely threw on the ground. I need to express just how terribly I am mentally abused, and I really apologise for letting you know about all these situations. I know you wouldn't allow this to happen if you were aware of it.”

Juana Delgado Soto, back in April 2025, had written a lengthy letter to Jenner and had also revealed her grievances against the staff supervisor and the alleged treatment that she had received. Juana alleged that she had kept the letter on Jenner's massage bed before she was scheduled to get a massage. Juana then alleged that after she kept the letter, Kylie had threatened her termination. It was in August 2025 when she had texted her resignation letter that read:

"I am sorry, I cannot do this anymore, every day you guys mistreat me, and I have bitten all my nails off, I cannot sleep at nights, and I always have anxiety because of the way you guys treat me. No matter what I did no one helped me.”

Juana Delgado Soto claimed she was not allowed to drink water

Juana claimed that the defendants had told her that she was not allowed to look at Kylie, smile at her, or even if she saw the reality star, she would have to disappear, according to the defendant's lawsuit. A report by the PEOPLE revealed that she was not allowed to go to the bathroom and was also told to clean Jenner's doghouse. Juana alleged that she was also banned from drinking water at Kylie's house as it was dubbed as 'Kylie's water.

Well it was in August 2025, when Juana decided to resign and had texted her resignation to her supervisors. When PEOPLE reached out to Kylie, her representative, who is actually for The Kardashians, made no comment on the same. The spokesperson claimed that Kylie had not seen the lawsuit. It is interesting to note that Attorney Della Shaker, who is representing Soto in the suit, is also representing Kylie's first househelp, Angelica Vazquez. It is being reported that both the househelps were treated with hostility and exclusion.
