American rapper, Gucci Mane (real name Radric Davis) has recently been the victim of a violent targeted attack. According to the Department of Justice (DOJ), he was kidnapped and robbed at gunpoint at a recording studio in Dallas, Texas on January 10, 2026. On April 2, 2026, nine suspects, including Pooh Shiesty, his father and Big30 were indicted of having carried out a coordinated "armed takeover" of a Dallas studio. Pooh Shiesty (Lontrell Williams) and his father, Big30 (Rodney Wright Jr.) are currently behind bars.

As for how the robbing was carried out, Gucci Mane, 46, was reportedly separated from others and forced at gunpoint to sign some paperwork for releasing rapper, Pooh Shiesty, from his contract with 1017 Records. Other victims in the studio were reportedly choked and robbed of high-value items, including Rolex watches, Louis Vuitton bags, and jewellery. Keyshia Ka'Oir (born Keyshia Watson) is a Jamaican-born entrepreneur, model, and the wife of rapper, Gucci Mane. Born in January 1985, she is 41 years old as of April 2026. Keyshia is widely recognised for her loyalty towards Gucci Mane, particularly for supporting him throughout his legal troubles and multiple prison sentences. Beyond her role as a wife and mother, she is also an adept businesswoman. Keyshia has reportedly built a multi-million dollar empire on her own.

Keyshia launched a cosmetics line called Ka'Oir Cosmetics in 2010. Even this business venture started from her personal issue, because of her weight loss struggle. Keyshia shared that her products helped her husband, Gucci Mane, lose over 70 lbs and maintain a healthier, sober lifestyle. He also owns a haircare line, Ka'Oir Hair. It includes custom lace wigs and hair care products.

Keyshia also runs Wopsters Closet, a designer-clothing resale site she co-owns with Gucci Mane. Gucci Mane came to know about Keyshia Ka'Oir in 2010 after seeing her featured as the Eye Candy of the Year in XXL Magazine. He was serving a prison sentence in Fulton County at that time. Smitten by her photos and her appearance in Timbaland's Say Something music video, Gucci called his manager from jail and insisted on booking Keyshia for his next project.
