So, Ben got his stake in his production company, Artists Equity, with Jennifer. On the other hand, the singer got control over multiple ventures, including her beauty brand and production company. They also divided their earnings from individual films or projects based on who earned what. At the same time, they have agreed to waive spousal support, and Jennifer retained her USD 5 million engagement ring.

But surprisingly, Ben has reportedly transferred his entire share of the property to Jennifer for free. However, the specific financial details of the mansion remain unknown. It means that if Jennifer decides to sell it in the future, she will get the entire share. For those unaware, the mansion is a 38,000 sq ft estate with 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, and luxyry features, including a basketball court. Meanwhile, Ben now lives in his new USD 20.5 million home in Pacific Palisades to stay near his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner and their kids. At the same time, Jennifer lives in her multi-million dollar estate in LA.
