Well, the trolling did not sit well with the actress either, who never fathomed such a drastic response would come her way. Nevertheless, instead of being weak, she stood up for herself and gave a cryptic yet befitting response to all the madness that went about her looks. Taking to her IG handle, she shared an image post that had the caption written as:
“You can be the ripest, juiciest peach in the world, and there’s still going to be somebody who hates peaches.”
Moreover, the actress also made sure to make her voice reach far and wide to everyone who questioned her personal choices. Taking to her IG handle, she had shared a mirror selfie of herself and penned a cryptic note, that spoke ounces about the necessity for self-love amidst all negativity. It could be read as:
“Don't let anyone tell you to dim your confidence and self love. We live in a world of judgements and bullying, so we need to rise above that and just be who we are and be proud of it. Love yourself.”

It was in 2017 when the news was filled with many reports about Ayesha Takia’s changed looks. Apart from the social media trolling, people went far enough to mock the actress brutally by making caricatures and slamming the actress for ruining her face. However, in an interview with Spotboye, Ayesha recalled it as a hilarious experience and she could easily deal with it by not even thinking twice about it. In her words:
“I was in Goa with my family when this came out and I just burst out laughing. I dealt with it by laughing about it and when it blew up I posted a little bit on my Instagram about how people should be confident of who they are and not care about what other people think. You should not try and defend yourself, when you have not really done anything wrong. It does not affect me and I moved on from it very easily."
