When Alia Bhatt Recreated Kareena Kapoor's 'Poo' From 'K3G' And Gave Her Stepson, Ibrahim A Minus

Bollywood actress, Kareena Kapoor Khan is one of the best actresses of this generation, and over the years, she has been a part of some of the biggest hits of all time. Whether it's about pulling off an emotional scene, getting into the skin of a fashion-crazy character or a bubbly girl, who loves trains, she can put any character into life with her exceptional acting chops. However, she is also quite famous for having beautiful relations with most of the actresses in the industry. One such actress is Alia Bhatt, with whom Kareena loves spending her time.

It was on December 13, 2021, when the iconic film, Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham had completed 20 years and to celebrate one of the most memorable films ever made, many B-town stars recreated popular scenes from the film and had shared them on their respective social media handles. From Sidharth Malhotra, Ananya Pandey, Farah Khan to Karan Johar and many others, many actors shared their recreated versions of some of the movie's most famous scenes.

One such celeb was the ever-so-gorgeous actress, Alia Bhatt, who had reenacted Kareena Kapoor Khan's famous scene from the college sequence, in which her character, Poo selects a guy to go to the prom with. Kareena had also given marks to multiple boys, and it had also featured Rohan, which was played by Hrithik Roshan. In Alia's version of the K3G's iconic scene, she had become the Poo, Kareena's stepson, Ibrahim Ali Khan was one of the boys lined up in a queue, and Ranveer Singh had played Rohan. From the tone of the Poo's character to all her flashy antics, Alia had covered them all and had impersonated Kareena's character brilliantly. However, what had left everyone in splits was when she had given Ibrahim Ali Khan a minus, as the latter's reaction to it was equally funny. Along with the video, Alia had penned a small note in the caption, and it could be read as:

"My favourite scene and my favourite people. Congratulations to the entire team of K3G on completing 20 years."

Everyone is aware of the fact that Alia Bhatt and Kareena Kapoor Khan share concrete and love-filled nanad-bhabhi relationship. Even prior to Alia and Ranbir's wedding, the former was spotted with Kareena at many of their respective family functions. Thus, when Alia had uploaded the video, soon the clip was shared by Kareena Kapoor Khan on her IG handle, and the original Poo had praised Alia for recreating the scene with such ease in her heartfelt note in the caption. Not only this, Kareena had even called Alia one of the best actresses of this generation and also called her 'darling' further in her note, and it could be read as:

"No one better than POO, only of course the bestest actor of our times... my darling Alia."

Once in an interview with Filmfare, Kareena Kapoor Khan had opened up about the films that were made in recent times, which had portrayed women in a brighter light. The gorgeous actress had praised her mother-in-law, Sharmila Tagore, for her choice of films. However, she had also heaped immense appreciation on her cousin, Ranbir Kapoor's ladylove, Alia Bhatt. With her kind compliments towards Alia's way, Kareena had once again proved that her bond with the Raazi actress is way too concrete. Calling Alia a 'superlative' in the film industry, Kareena had shared:

"There have been many such films in which my mother-in-law (Sharmila Tagore) has acted including Apur Sansar. Amar Prem...Most recently it would be Raazi. Alia Bhatt's character was well-written. She was fantastic in it. She's superlative anyway."

Kareena and Alia

It's rare to see the kind of friendly and loving bond Kareena Kapoor Khan and Alia Bhatt shares even before the latter's entry into the Kapoor clan after her marriage to Ranbir Kapoor.
