Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma are currently in New Zealand where India is playing against the host country. India has already sealed the ODI series with a 3-0 lead, and hence, Virat is taking a break from the upcoming 2 ODIs and T-20 series against the Kiwis. And guess what? Virat's break and travel partner is none other than his wifey, Anushka Sharma. Virat shared the following picture on his Instagram handle and captioned it, "Away we go. #travelswithher."
Virat and Anushka can be seen standing in front of a private plane, and two are contrasting each other perfectly with dark and light outfits. In the post-match press conference after the third ODI, Virat had said, "I haven't had a break for a long time. It's been a very hectic Australian tour and now I go on a break very happy 3-0 up sealing the series."
The 30-year-old cricketer had further added, "I can relax and enjoy my break. Someday someone has to take your place and that's how the game goes. I'm pretty happy contributing for the team as much as I can."
Virat, during a recent interview, shared how his actress-wifey, Anushka has been helping him grow as a person. Virat proudly said, “When I met my wife I began to change. I came from a very different background from north India and I had no idea of what happens in any other sphere of society or anyone else’s life. So, her life was very different. He further went on to add, “It was amazing to just see myself how much different things were to the way I think. I was not a very practical person before that. But she has changed me a lot. I've learnt so much from her. That’s what it’s supposed to be like, you should help each other grow and she has certainly helped me grow.”
Both Virat and Anushka keep super busy with their careers and barely get time to spend with each other. The Sui Dhaaga actress once shared during a media interaction about how they manage their personal and professional lives. Anushka was quoted as saying, "We try to create a proper work-life balance. Both of us really love doing what we do professionally. Our priorities are very clear in life. But at the same time, we try and find time to do something together. We don't take our professions or our career too seriously. We don't draw our identity only from that. We are very simple and like doing normal things. For the world it is about our professions. But in reality, it is just normal. It is as normal as anyone would be in a relationship. We don't see each other in terms of our profession."

Virat and Anushka celebrated their marriage anniversary recently on December 11, 2018. Sharing an unseen video from her wedding, Anushka wrote, "It's heaven, when you don't sense time passing by ... It's heaven, when you marry a good 'man' ...” And Virat, being a doting husband, shared a few unseen pictures and captioned them as, “Can't believe it's been a year already because it feels like it happened just yesterday.
