Vijay Varma and Tamannaah Bhatia are leading almost all the headlines these days. The duo, who had been rumoured to be dating for a long time now, have finally admitted the same. For the unversed, they met one another while filming their upcoming movie, Lust Stories 2 and their chemistry sparked instantaneously. And now, the dashing Vijay Varma spoke about his side of the story about dating Tamannaah Bhatia.
In an interview with ETimes, Vijay Varma opened up on his relationship with Tamannaah Bhatia for the first time. He called his dating life as a phase that has brought about a lot of love in his life. Moreover, he also revealed that common aspects between him and Tamannaah, that has made their journey quite interesting. In his words:
“I’m just in a happy space right now where there’s a lot of love in my life. Both Tamannaah and I had an interesting journey. I am from Hyderabad and came to Mumbai for work, while she is from Mumbai and went to Hyderabad for work. So this is our trajectory… we both left our cities and moved to other cities for work.”

In another segment of the interview, Vijay touched upon the topic of his gradually succeeding career. For the unversed, Vijay has done some commendable jobs in films like Gully Boy, Darlings, Dahaad and others. However, he frankly revealed that he does not strive for success, and as an actor, he only wants his audience to connect with him.
It was in her recent interview with Film Companion that Tamannaah Bhatia had finally admitted being in a relationship with Vijay Varma. Speaking about how she fell for the actor, Tamannaah mentioned that they had bonded organically and it wasn’t specifically because he too belonged from the same profession. Concluding how she considers him as her happy place, the actress mentioned:
“I think if one has to fall for someone, feel something for someone it’s definitely more personal, it’s nothing to do with what they do for a living. He's someone with who I bonded very very organically and he came to with all his guards down. If you have to find a partner you might have to physically move or do so many things that serve that person’s understanding but I was like I have created a world for myself and here there’s a person who actually understood that world without me doing anything. He's a person who I care about deeply. And he's my happy place."

In yet another interview with India Today, Tamannaah Bhatia reflected on the aspect of marriage, shortly after she had announced being in a relationship with Vijay Varma. The actress mentioned that marriage is something that cannot be pressured into doing and added that she feels it takes a lot of work in itself. She had mentioned:
"I feel you should get married when you want to get married. Marriage is a big responsibility. It's not a party. It takes a lot of work. So, when you are ready for a responsibility like that then you do it. Not because time or sab kar rahe hain toh karlo."
