Recently, in a conversation with Neha Dhupia on her chat show, No Filter With Neha, Vicky Kaushal opened up about how his love story with wifey, Katrina Kaif blossomed gradually. Well, agree or not, their jodi was quite unimaginable for the longest time, since they never really crossed paths professionally. Narrating how their real-life romance happened, Vicky candidly remarked that the two of them just kept meeting with one another, trying to find a connection between themselves. Expressing more, he said:
“Just two people meeting and genuinely finding a connection, and that’s how it literally happened. Like we kept meeting, and we just kept feeling that there’s a connection. And till we just took it to the next level, we just felt like okay, this is just happening without effort. It’s just very naturally feeling right, and that is how it happened.”

Earlier, in an interaction with The Week, Vicky Kaushal talked about his better half, Katrina Kaif’s eating habits. The actor doted on his wifey and stated how she is a stricter follower of vegetarianism than he. Vicky further added that occassionally, Katrina relishes Indian street food delicacies like chole bhature. Adding how his mother loves the fact that her daughter-in-law eats those vegetables which her sons never ate, Vicky shared:
"She is way more vegetarian than I am. She enjoys simple food. Very rarely will she go for chhole bhature, but I would dive into that. My mother is happy whenever Katrina is home because, as she says, ‘All my life I have been trying to get these boys to eat tinde, beans, and turai and now I have a daughter-in-law who eats these every day.’ This is her staple food. She loves pancakes."
Previously, while gracing the chat show, Koffee With Karan 8, Vicky divulged that he never got an opportunity to propose Katrina for marriage. Nevertheless, he didn’t fail to impress his ladylove and proposed her at the last minute, right a day before their grand wedding. Vicky further narrated that he had arranged for a romantic dinner date for Katrina, and it was at that precise moment that he went down on his knees and completed the magical moment.

In an interaction with Bollywood Bubble, Vicky Kaushal revealed how he spends off days with Katrina Kaif. He stated that the two of them are an indoor couple when it comes to chillion such days, and everything culminates into a beautiful party of two. In his words:
“When we are both at home and we are chilling and we don’t have to go out for work or whatever, then we are both lazy. It’s beautiful, it’s really like a party of two lazy people. But she’s like a monster when she’s required to be disciplined. Like, she’s a monster.”
