On October 16, 2022, popular television actress, Vaishali Thakkar had reportedly committed suicide at her home in Indore's Sai Bagh colony. A case has been registered at the Tejaji Nagar police station.
The actress was renowned for her performance in the iconic shows, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Sasural Simar Ka, and many more. The recent reports in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actress, Vaishali Thakkar's suicide case revealed the alleged reasons behind her death, including her ex-boyfriend and neighbour.

The investigation into Vaishali Thakkar's suicide case has opened a lot of angles in front of the Indore Police. According to a recent report, Indore's ACP, M. Rahman opened up about the findings of the actress' suicide and shared that her neighbour, Rahul, was continuously pressuring her to marry him. As per the officer, Rahul even broke her relationship with a person with whom Vaishali was on the verge of getting married. Since her demise, Rahul has been missing, and police are doing everything to get their hands on the suspect. Although not many details about Rahul have been made public as of now, but he is reportedly one of the prime suspects in the case at the moment.
Apart from Vaishali Thakkar's neighbour, Rahul, another person, who is also on Indore Police's radar, is the actress' ex-boyfriend. As per the latest reports, some details from Indore's Tejaji Nagar Police Station have been leaked in the media. It is reportedly speculated that when the police reached Vaishali's home and found her dead, they also recovered a suicide note from the spot. If the reports are to be believed, the actress mentioned her ex-boyfriend's name in her suicide note and stated that he was torturing her. As per the suicide note, Vaishali was having an affair with her ex-bf, but after their breakup, he started irritating her. As of now, the Indore Police hasn't revealed anything, and all the details are wrapped in the cover of doubts at the moment.

For the unversed, Vaishali Thakkar had gotten rokafied to her beau, Dr Abhinandan Singh Hunda, last year, and it was reported that the couple was going to get married in June 2021. However, the couple called off their wedding. Their decision had left everyone in massive shock. However, in an interview with ETimes, Vaishali had shared the reason behind cancelling her wedding with Abhinandan. The stunning actress had revealed that she could not marry or celebrate anything at a time when people were dying, and COVID-19 was at its peak. In her words:
"I postponed the wedding because of the current situation. I did not feel like celebrating in such a scenario when people are dying, suffering everyday. I don't feel like starting a new life this year. I have cancelled the wedding this year and I am not getting married this year."
As per the recent reports, the initial findings in Vaishali Thakkar's suicide case by the Indore Police will soon be made public.
