The lovely B-town couple, Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput Kapoor are all set to welcome a new member in their family and recently announced the happy news of Mira’s pregnancy. Shahid and Mira are already parents to the little angel, Misha Kapoor, who is an internet sensation. Mira is in her early stage of pregnancy and the pregnancy glow is quite evident on her face. The mommy-to-be is quite busy these days, taking care of Misha (as she is growing up fast) and the soon-to-arrive sibling of Misha. Well, recently, we got our hands on a never-seen-before picture of Misha in mom, Mira’s arms, that proves she is a carbon copy of her mommy. Isn’t it a beautiful click? Misha’s twinkling eyes, Mira’s beauty, the love and warmth between this mother-daughter duo is so much visible. Misha was born on August 26, 2016, and since then Mira has been a hands-on mother who is always there for her baby girl, be it picking her up from the school or taking her out for a playdate. Married at a young age, Mira always wanted to be a homemaker and a mother first, before thinking about doing something professionally in life. Many a time, both Shahid and Mira expressed the desire to expand their family, so the news of Mira’s second pregnancy didn’t come as a surprise! The 24-year-old Mira is cherishing each moment of motherhood to the fullest and in one of her previous interviews, she talked about being a homemaker and mother who is 24x7 available for her child. She was quoted as saying, “There is a set of responsibilities that are on my plate and I feel that at my age, I have a lot more energy. I have my future ahead of me, so I can finish all of my responsibilities and then I have nothing in my way. You know I can raise my daughter, I can be a good wife, I can set my house the way I like, not in terms of the way things should be but the way a home must be with its values and ideals. So, nothing will stop me after that, but I love being at home, I love being a mother to my child, I wouldn’t have it any other way. I wouldn’t want to spend one hour a day with my child and rush off to work. Why did I have her? She is not a puppy, you know. I want to be there for her as a mother, seeing her grow up has, cannot be quantified.”
No doubt, Mira is giving her everything to her child and we can’t wait to see Misha playing with her sibling soon!
