What Happened With Twisha Sharma In Last Hours Before Her Death? CBI Mapping Her Final Moves

Twisha Sharma, a 33-year-old former model, died, which has shaken the entire nation, especially due to the fact that she pleaded with her parents to take her back. In her final days before her death, Twisha clearly told her mother that her husband had lost interest in her, and he would ask demeaning questions. Amid a CBI probe, her mother-in-law has been under police custody after her bail was quashed on May 27, 2026.

CBI is mapping the digital trace of Twisha to know what happened in her final hours

Twisha Sharma's case, which was earlier being treated as another suicide of a woman suffering from marital issues, turns out to be a case with unanswered questions. CBI found injury marks on Twisha's wrists and elbow, and it further deepens the questions of what went wrong with her during her final hours.

Twisha's family had claimed that the investigations were not thoroughly conducted and pointed out that the FIR was registered three days after she was found dead. After this, CBI arrested Twisha's mother-in-law by cancelling her anticipatory bail by the Jabalpur High Court. As per sources, the CBI is using advanced technology to investigate what happened to Twisha in her final hours. They are using the advanced 'tunnel view' method to recreate her final moments at her husband's Katara Hills house.

CBI is preparing a minute-by-minute timeline of Twisha's final movements, interactions, and digital reconstruction. They are trying to trace every movement to know who entered or exited the areas and establish the exact sequence of the fateful incident. They would be scanning CCTV footage, mobile phone records, Wi-FI logs and call records and mapping rooms across three floors. They would take note of time gaps and any suspicious activity.

CBI arrested Giribala Singh in Twisha's death case

On May 28, 2026, CBI arrested her mother-in-law in Twisha's death case. A CBI team reached Giribala Singh's home after her bail plea was quashed on May 27, 2026. They opposed the anticipatory bail of a former judge. They put across the fact that her custodial interrogation was needed in the probe to find the truth. During the hearing, CBI stated that Giribala left no stone unturned to malign her late daughter-in-law's character.

Not only this, but CBI also allegedly accused Twisha's mother-in-law of dowry harassment and attempting to destroy evidence. They also forced her to terminate a pregnancy. The agency further told the court that injuries were found on Twisha's wrist and elbow, and the in-laws failed to give an explanation about the marks. As per CBI, the medical team has ruled out the fact that the injuries were caused during the autopsy or taking her body down.

The CBI also pointed out a WhatsApp chat that claimed Giribala and Samarth questioned her character after learning about her pregnancy. In fact, Twisha was even forced to undergo an abortion, and they accused her that the unborn child belonged to someone else. A single judge of the Jabalpur Bench of the MP High Court urged that the bail was granted to her in a hurried manner without acknowledging the seriousness of the case.

We pray for Twisha's family to get justice.
