Love is the purest state of emotion that can exist between a couple. But it takes the slightest whiff of infidelity that can easily break apart a relationship like a house of cards. Bollywood and, in fact, our Indian television industry has seen quite a few cases of infidelity caused breakups between partners, one of whom has been brutally cheated upon. Well, here are a few actors who had cheated on their partners.
Karan Singh Grover is one of the most loved heartthrobs of Indian television. But it is more so because of his personal life that the actor has often made it to the headlines. Karan’s first marriage with his co-actor, Shraddha Nigam lasted for only ten months, and the couple broke up as he cheated on her with his choreographer, Nicole from the reality show, Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa. Moving on, Karan’s second marriage with his co-actor, Jennifer Winget also ended up after two years when he cheated on her with his current wife, Bipasha Basu.

Ankit Gera developed feelings for his co-star, Roopal Tyagi as the duo worked together on the serial, Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke. But, Ankit became inconstant as after a few years of dating Roopal, he cheated on her with his relationship with the second lead of the same serial, Adaa Khan. When both the leading divas came to know about his two-timing relationship with them, both broke up with him instantly.
Karan Patel and Kamya Punjabi had been in a serious relationship for quite some time. From frequent dates to being each other’s biggest cheerleader, one could spot the duo almost everywhere. As Karan appeared to go steady with his relationship with Kamya, he secretly went on dating his wife-to-be, Ankita by cheating on the former. But, it was in 2015 when Kamya broke up with Karan after she got to know much later that Karan was set to get married to someone else without informing her.

Priyank Sharma and Divya Agarwal created sparks with their chemistry as they participated in the reality show, Splitsvilla 10. The duo went ahead to create a strong relationship and even made it Instagram official by posting mushy pictures with one another. Things changed after Priyank joined the reality show, Bigg Boss 11 where he marked closeness with co-housemate, Benafsha Soonawalla, which raised many eyebrows. Thereafter, learning about their proximity, Divya broke up with Priyank on national television.

Karan Kundra dated Anusha Dandekar for almost three years before the duo publicly announced their breakup in 2020. While there was no direct cause mentioned behind the same, however, Anusha in one of her cryptic posts revealed, that the reason for her breakup was that she was cheated on and lied to by Karan. While Anusha moved on in her life, Karan too, did the same and it was during his stint in the reality show, Bigg Boss 15, where he fell in love with his co-contestant, Tejasswi Prakash. The duo has been dating ever since.
Sharad Malhotra made his debut with the serial, Banoo Mein Teri Dulhan and starred opposite Divyanka Tripathi. The duo made headlines as their on-screen chemistry had seeped into their real lives as well. Eijaz Khan met Anita Hassanandani on the sets of their first serial together, Kkavyanjali. They gradually fell in love and after dating for a few years were even set to tie the knot. But, their relationship ended as Eijaz cheated on Anita with Natalie Di Luccio. The duo broke up and went on to settle with different people in their lives. Fast forward to today, while Anita is happily married to Rohit Reddy, Eijaz on the other hand is with Pavitra Punia.
Rahul Mahajan has been known for quite a few of his unsuccessful relationships and marriages. Apart from his three marriages, there was a time when Rahul dated Payal Rohatgi for quite a few years. Nevertheless, after his visible stint and chemistry with Monica Bedi in the reality show, Bigg Boss, Payal walked out of the relationship. She later tied the knot with eminent wrestler, Sangram Singh.
Paras Chhabra was in a serious relationship with actress, Akansha Puri before he entered in the reality show, Bigg Boss 13. It was in the show where he met his co-contestant, Mahira Sharma and the duo developed feelings for one another. And it was during one of the episodes of the show that Paras announced on national television that he did not want to continue his relationship with Akansha.
