Tom Sandoval's Ex, Victoria Lee Robinson Returns To His Home After Judge Orders Her To Move Out

Tom Sandoval's ongoing legal conflict with his ex-girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson and her father, Will Robinson, has taken a new and dramatic turn. Just a day after the Judge asked the father-daughter duo to leave Tom's Los Angeles rental home, they were spotted returning there. Their return comes at a time when the legal battle between the former continues amid their abuse allegations. 

Victoria Robinson and her father returned to Tom Sandoval's home

Victoria Lee Robinson and her father were seen outside Tom Sandoval's LA home on June 26, 2026. It was only a day after a court asked them to move out of the place. However, it is still unclear whether they returned to retrieve their belongings or for another reason. It is important to note that on that day, Will Robinson also filed his individual request for a restraining order against the Vanderpump Rules star.

However, a judge refused to grant the request immediately. Instead, the judge stated that more information would be needed before they could decide on a future hearing. Later in the day, Victoria was also seen leaving the courthouse while talking on the phone and carrying what appeared to be legal documents. At this time, she has not filed a separate restraining order against Tom. Meanwhile, the court's earlier order needs Victoria and Will to leave the home after Tom's successful request for a temporary restraining order. Tom has alleged that Victoria repeatedly abused him during their relationship, making him ask for legal protection.

Tom and Will's viral video captured the conflict

The legal conflict arose after a video, allegedly from June 3, 2026, surfaced online. The footage showed Tom arguing with Victoria before her father stepped in and appeared to force him into a bear hug. In turn, Tom pushed Will, which caused him to fall backwards into a lit backyard fire pit. Meanwhile, a source close to Tom later claimed that the viral clip did not show the entire incident.

According to the source, the conflict came after months of alleged physical and psychological abuse by Victoria and her father. The insider also alleged that Tom never previously became physically violent towards either of them, but now he had reached his "breaking point". In fact, Tom claimed that he has additional video evidence to support his claims, and intends to show it in court. 

What is the conflict between Tom and Victoria about? 

The conflict between Tom and Victoria started after an incident at the Hollywood Hills rental home where he, his girlfriend, and her father were arrested on suspicion of intimate partner battery. Tom later accused Victoria of repeatedly assaulting him throughout their relationship. As per the court filings, he alleged that she punched him in the face and threw a Gatorade bottle at him. He also mentioned that she verbally abused him and tracked him using an Apple AirTag. He claimed that she also changed the passwords for his phone and social media account without telling him. 

Tom also accused Will of threatening him, punching a hole through a bedroom door, and physically restraining him during a fight. On the other hand, Will had strongly disputed Tom's version of events. In turn, he has filed his own restraining order request. According to the court documents, he claimed that he suffered a ruptured disc in his back, a broken thumb, a broken elbow and a cut on his heel after being pushed. At the same time, Will asked for possession of four cats: his cat, Pumpkin, and Victoria's three cats, Keeks, Punk, and Yellow. Meanwhile, the legal fight continues on both sides, and it will be important to see what happens later.
