The legal drama between Vanderpump Rules alum Tom Sandoval and his ex-girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, is showing no signs of slowing down. The couple, who often shared love-filled posts on social media, is currently in the middle of a heated legal dispute after both sides filed for restraining orders. The drama intensified earlier this week after footage of a heated confrontation outside their Los Angeles home became public.

The latest developments come just days after Sandoval sought restraining orders against Robinson and her father, J. Will Robinson, while the latter's side has disputed several of his claims. Now, Sandoval has broken his silence on the ongoing situation.

Tom and Victoria's heated move-out moment captured on camera

Recently, TMZ obtained a video of Sandoval and Robinson moving their respective belongings from the Los Angeles home that they once shared. During the process, cops stood by to ensure things didn't get out of hand. During the exchange, the model can be heard shouting at the reality TV star:

"I f***ing hate you, like all of your ex-girlfriends. Nobody likes you!"

While no context was verified, many fans perceived Victoria's comment as a reference to Tom's highly publicized split from Ariana Madix following his affair with former Vanderpump Rules co-star Raquel Leviss. The 42-year-old restaurateur was also seen carrying several personal belongings, including a guitar and amplifier, while signing legal paperwork outside the property.

Tom Sandoval breaks his silence on the ongoing dispute

In the middle of it all, Sandoval did manage some time to speak to the media, only to confirm that the dispute was far from over. Speaking briefly to TMZ during the move-out, the reality TV star stated, "Victoria and her father were just issued an immediate move-out order, a restraining order... The police are here to make sure they leave." When asked whether he expected the conflict to end that day, Sandoval replied, "No."

The Vanderpump Rules star's new comments come days after he filed for restraining orders against Victoria Lee Robinson and her father, citing domestic violence. He alleged that the father-daughter duo, who were living with him, subjected him to emotional and physical abuse. In fact, after their June 3, 2026, incident, the model was briefly arrested for domestic battery. In court documents, Sandoval stated:

"I am seeking a restraining order against [Will] based on the verbal and physical abuse he has perpetrated against me, the most recent incident being on June 3, wherein he grabbed me and restrained me, chased me into the bedroom, and punched a 12-inch hole in my spare bedroom door where I was barricading myself... I am afraid of [Will] and his daughter and request the Court’s protection."

Fire pit footage adds new twist to Tom Sandoval's claims against Victoria Robinson

The latest confrontation follows the release of another video tied to the June 3 incident that sparked the legal dispute. In footage obtained by TMZ, Sandoval and Robinson were seen arguing outside a home. Tom can be seen rushing towards Victoria, who was sitting with her father in front of a fire pit. Her father appears to grab Sandoval around the waist, after which Tom shoves Will backward, sending him into a lit fire pit before Will collides with Victoria, knocking her to the ground.

Sandoval alleges Robinson punched him during the confrontation before her father chased him into a bedroom, punched a hole through the door, and threatened him. However, newly surfaced footage has fueled debate online, with both sides offering conflicting accounts. Meanwhile, Robinson's father has filed his own restraining order request, claiming he suffered multiple injuries after allegedly being shoved into the fire pit.

What Victoria's team has said about the conflict

In the aftermath of the June 3, 2026 incident, sources close to Victoria told TMZ that she was dealing with the recent death of her grandfather, who had been fighting tongue cancer in hospice during the weeks leading up to the argument. She was grieving and focused on her family's medical crisis at that time, not her relationship with Sandoval.

While the reality star claimed that he helped Victoria with financial support during that period, the latter has disputed the claims, alleging that Sandoval traveled to Las Vegas while she was grieving. The trip was even allegedly funded using money Sandoval already owed Robinson and said she had arranged it herself.

While Sandoval continues to seek court protection, Robinson and her father have disputed his allegations. The case is ongoing.
