Plotline of Thudakkam
The story of Thudakkam follows 'Meena'. She and her father, 'Ravi' (played by Sai Kumar), have moved into a new house. There aren’t any other houses in the locality. Only the landlord’s house is on the opposite side of the road. One day, 'Meenu' leaves for the nearby city to write an exam. However, she doesn’t return even after the expected time, leaving 'Ravi' tensed and panicked. He immediately approaches the police, but they fail to trace her initially.
Luckily, 'Meenu' returns home soon and explains the reason behind her late arrival to them. But little did 'Meenu' know that the devil played by Aashish Joe Anthony secretly followed her home. He is a serial sex offender. From this point, the film, Thudakkam becomes a survival thriller. In the final scenes, 'Meenu', who is trained in martial arts, fights back the antagonist. In the film, Mohanlal makes a cameo and is seen playing the role of 'Meenu's' martial arts trainer.
Thudakkam's review
Vismaya Mohanlal steals the spotlight with her action sequences. However, her overall performance was satisfactory. Thudakkam marks the debut for both Vismaya and Aashish Joe Antony, the son of producer Antony Perumbavoor. Aashish Joe Antony is seen as the villain of the story. He has successfully made the character look creepy and dangerous. His body language was clear enough to convey that the character was truly evil. However, it was Mohanlal’s presence that appeared forceful.

She was more confident than her peers in her debut, displaying a range of emotions in a subtle manner like her dad. The fight sequences were absolutely top-notch #Mohanlal’sdaughter. Ashish just got one line and created a terrific antagonist with mere presence. Jakes Bejoy's score and Jude Anthony's making. Climax fight #Mohanlal cameo was more like a fan boy moment."

Vismaya was born on March 27, 1994, in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. She was born to Malayalam superstar Mohanlal and his wife, Suchitra Mondal. She has an elder brother named Pranav Mohanlal, who also belongs to the film industry.
