However, what caught everyone's attention was her boyfriend, Karan Kundrra's initial 'K' on Tejasswi's ring finger. The sweet gesture from the actress for her beau sent millions of Tejran fans into a meltdown, and the picture has been doing rounds on social media since then. After some hours of Tejasswi dropping this cutesy picture on her IG stories, her doting boyfriend, Karan took to his IG stories and reposted the picture. Later in the night, on April 20, 2022, Tejasswi Prakash was spotted outside the sets of Karan Kundrra's show, Lock Upp. The actress made a surprise visit to make her beau feel special and looked adorable in a black sweatshirt and matching athletic shorts. As soon as Tejasswi got out of her car, the paparazzi stationed outside the sets of Lock Upp rushed towards her and requested her to flaunt Karan's initial on her ring finger. Although the bubbly actress hesitated initially, but in the end, she flaunted it with a big smile on her face, while the paps were continuously calling her bhabi. During which, a voice note was played, which was recorded by his ladylove for him. In the voice note, we could hear Tejasswi heaping immense praises on her boyfriend and thanking him for making her believe in love all over again. In her heart-melting voice note, Tejasswi had said:
"I just like to tell all the people that I am so lucky to have you in my life. You really are somebody who has changed my life. You are someone who has seen so much in me, and it's really made me believe in myself more, be more confident about myself and believe in love again.
