The actress proved the world that love is above all caste, creed, or age. Tannaz’s and Bakhhtyar's seven-year-age-gap actually makes their marriage work and to keep the love alive. On March 16, 2019, the most-loved television jodi celebrated their 12th wedding anniversary. Tannaz took to her Instagram handle and posted a cutesy picture of a wedding ring. In a throwback interview with Hindustan Times, Tannaz had talked about her marriage, and had said, “My current marriage is one of the most dynamic and completely volatile, full-of-life relationships I have ever had. We ask a lot of questions of each other before making any decisions. This marriage has brought a very positive change in my life. Earlier, I was very tough. In the same interview, Bakhhtyar had also opened up about the age difference between them that helped him to understand life better. He had shared, “Marrying a person who is more mature than me made me responsible and made me look at certain things with a different perspective.”
Tannaz, who values her family more than anything, had talked about her priorities in an interaction with The Times of India. She gave birth to her second child with Bakhhtyar in the year 2011, and shared, “For the time being, my family is my sole focus. I am expecting and can’t wait to become a mother again later this year! So, work can wait in 2011. Becoming a mother is a feeling that nothing can match. Next year, I plan to start shooting for a few films.”
In a media interaction, Bakhhtyar had opened up his heart on marriage with Tannaz, and had revealed, “People say that relationships are based on trust, but I believe that trust comes later. The foundation of any successful relationship is love. My grandmother always used to say, “Marry the women who loves you, not the women you love.” I am lucky that Tannaz loves me as much as I love her. He had further added, “While financial matters rest with me, Tannaz, takes care of all matters related to our kids. We are all early risers and we both share the responsibility of managing the house and our kids’ routine. I drop Zeus to his school and Tannaz, drops off Zara. Also, when Tannaz is working late, I cook for the kids and make sure they stick to their schedule.
