Moreover, the bride, Taapsee also donned unique bridal attires made by lesser-known designers, both for her Indian and Danish wedding. For instance, Taapsee paid respect to her own Punjabi roots and made her bridal entry to the tunes of Jagjit Singh-Chitra Singh’s popular bridal track, Kothe Te Aa Mahiya.

While speaking with the Elle Magazine, the diva gave an indirect hint to her wedding and subsequent new beginnings in her life and remarked that she now wants to enjoy life to the fullest, rather than worrying about work. In her words:

“At this point, I feel my professional choices are largely driven by the value of my time. I want to be sure if taking up a certain project is worth my time because I want to enjoy life beyond work. The second factor is relevance. I would love to cherish my filmography years from now. So, I don’t want to invest time in something that will not stand the test of time.”
