Bollywood actress, Swara Bhasker took the internet by storm when she announced her wedding to Samajwadi Party Leader, Fahad Ahmad on February 16, 2023. For the unversed, the duo met each other during the Anti-CAA protest rally and became good friends. However, what began during the rally has now taken the shape of a happily ever after as the two have registered their marriage.
A few hours after Swara announced her wedding, an old tweet of the actress addressing her now-husband, Fahad Ahmad as bhai went viral on the internet. It so happened that on February 2, 2023, it was Fahad's birthday, and Swara took to her Twitter handle and wished him with a beautiful picture of the duo and a note. In the picture, while Swara donned a white-hued top, Fahad opted for a casual black t-shirt. Alongside the picture, Swara had tweeted in Hindi:
"Happy birthday Fahad Miyan! May brother's confidence remain intact :) @FahadZirarAhmad Be happy, be settled. You are getting old, get married now! Have a great birthday & a fantastic year friend!”

Well, not just this, Fahad had also replied to Swara's tweet and thanked her for her beautiful birthday wish. He also mentioned that she had promised him that she would attend his wedding and added that he found a girl. The loose translation of his tweet from Hindi can be read as:
"Thank you friend of Zarranwaazi. Brother's confidence has raised flags, it is necessary to remain intact….and yes, you had promised that you will come to my wedding, then take time….I have found the girl."
As soon as the tweet resurfaced on the internet, netizens were quick to notice Swara addressing Fahad as her brother. They were left confused, wondering if the actress had tied the knot with her brother. Reacting to the post, a user commented, “Bhai or behen ko shaadi ki bahut bahut mubarakbad”, while another one questioned, “Bhai?”. Meanwhile, a third user wrote, “Bhai se hi shadi krli tumne?” Check out the comments below:
Swara Bhasker tied the knot with Fahad Ahmad in a court marriage, and pictures from their hush-hush wedding were shared online by a paparazzo's page. In the glimpses, Swara was seen decked up in a red-hued saree and a beige-coloured blouse, which she accentuated with a choker neckpiece, a pair of matching earrings and a maang teeka. She also flaunted her huge engagement ring while posing for the lens with her husband, Fahad, who twinned with her in a white kurta-pyjama and red Nehru jacket.
On the work front, Swara Bhasker will be next seen in the film, Mrs Falani.
