Former Miss Universe, Sushmita Sen has gone through a similar emotion when she had met the love of her life, Rohman Shawl. Sushmita Sen and her beau, Rohman Shawl are the most loved couple of the glamour world and their love story is no less than a fairy tale. In an interview with film critic, Rajeev Masand, Sushmita had once revealed that Rohman had sent her a DM which she had accidentally opened and his honest words had moved her. She had also stated that from that day, she had realized that he was the one for her.
In an Instagram live chat with Sushmita, her beau, Rohman and daughters, Renee and Alisah, Sushmita recollected an incident when an article mistakenly used Rohman’s surname as ‘Scarf’. Talking about the same, she stated, “It is hilarious, in the middle of this lockdown. There was an article where his (Rohman’s) name was no longer Rohman Shawl but he was called Rohman Scraf! As if Shawl wasn’t bad enough, now scarf.” Rohman commented by saying, “Don’t make fun of my surname.”
On April 2, 2020, Sushmita had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared pictures of her workout session with beau, Rohman. Coming back to Rohman and Sushmita’s love story, in an interview with Rajeev Masand for the talk show, Women We Love, Sushmita had revealed her beautiful love story and had stated, “It’s a very, very beautiful serendipity story. He sent me a direct message on Instagram and I didn’t check direct messages because I wasn’t sure if you check it, you may be allowing that person to start communicating with you. So, I had too many of these direct messages and I had not opened any and there it was.”
