Bollywood actress, Surveen Chawla is all set to embrace this wonderful journey very soon. Surveen is acing her maternity fashion game with oomph, and by far we have loved all her fashion outings. Recently, we got hold of another set of pictures and videos, wherein we spotted her flaunting her baby bump in an easy-breezy dress. The actress completed her look with a pair of flats and sunnies. On March 7, 2019, Surveen shared pictures from her baby shower that made us drool. The actress looked mesmerising in every picture, wearing an off-shoulder dress. She finished off the look with minimal makeup and jhumkis. She captioned the picture as, “Yes it was magical indeed. I wonder sometimes how some days turn out to be nothing short of dreamlike. Can’t contain myself. In an interview with The Times of India, Surveen had talked about her new journey of being a parent, she had stated, “It’s a beautiful feeling and more so, as it has come completely unexpected for Akshay and me. Suddenly, life has become beautiful. I am looking forward to every step now. Of course, it’s unfamiliar territory, but the only one that comes with a guarantee of being wonderful. Akshay and I feel really blessed!”
The Hate Story 2 actress had further talked about the nervousness that comes with it, she had said, “Honestly, initially, the fear of change engulfed me, but later, the beauty of it all started sinking in. Now, I feel like I am embarking on a new journey and adventure of sorts. I don’t know how many women will tell you the truth, but the reality is that motherhood is a slow, gradual process. Motherly instincts are not born out of nowhere. Motherhood, to me, is a feeling that grows on you, with the growing life inside you. Surveen also opened about her work-plans post-pregnancy, she had revealed, “Why should this question of whether an actress will continue to work or get interesting projects after marriage or motherhood be a point of discussion? I think we, as a society, should stop making a big deal about a woman becoming a mother, and of it having any adverse impact on her work or career. The day this question is asked to a man who embraces fatherhood, I will answer this one elaborately.”
In another interview, Surveen had talked about her husband, Akshay and how he is handling it, she had revealed, “Both of us have been supporting each other in different ways. He is the best thing that has ever happened to me. He is absolutely wonderful and he is one of those who without saying, jumps on to taking responsibilities. There's nothing more, that I could have asked for.
