Bollywood actress, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja is soon going to join the new mommies club. Her millions of fans have been eagerly waiting for her to give the good news since she had tied the knot with Anand Ahuja in 2018. The rumours and speculations of Sonam's pregnancy have been making rounds on the internet for quite some time. And in March 2022, Sonam finally announced her pregnancy with a series of beautiful pictures.
For the unversed, Sonam Kapoor married the man of her dreams, Anand Ahuja on May 8, 2018. Sonam and Anand had redefined love for all of us when they had stolen each other's name (officially) after their shaadi. On March 22, 2022, Sonam had taken to her Instagram handle and had announced that she is going to embrace motherhood soon.

On April 5, 2022, Sonam took to her Instagram handle and shared two IG stories, wherein she was seen relishing on a couple of mouthwatering food. In the video, we can see a lavish platter of Indian food. Atop it, Sonam wrote:
"Thali lunch with the girls."
A couple of days ago, Sonam had left her fans stunned by donning a gorgeous white satin saree from the designer duo, Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla's collection for Abu Jani's birthday celebrations. In the pictures, we could see her flaunting her baby bump with the dhoti saree and tube blouse. Alongside the picture, Sonam had written:
"Last night for my @abujani1 birthday evening. In @abujanisandeepkhosla and @kapoor.sunita. styled by my baby @rheakapoor @abhilashatd."
Last year, when Sonam was spotted at the airport, netizens had started spreading her pregnancy rumours. To which, Sonam had given a hilarious reply with her IG story. Sharing a Boomerang, Sonam had mentioned her period details. Atop it, Sonam had written:
"Hot water bottle and ginger tea for the first day of my period."
