In the B-town and telly land, whenever there is a news of a budding relationship, confirmation of a relationship or a wedding news, millions of fans can’t help but drool over and rejoice for their favourite celebrities. But these fans are the happiest when a married couple completes their family and gives us a celeb baby to drool over. Similar is the case with one of the telly land’s couples. We’re talking about Banoo Main Teri Dulhann fame actress, Snehal Sahay who was last seen in Sasural Simar Ka. Snehal welcomed her baby girl a couple of days ago, on June 09, 2018.
Snehal’s co-actor from Banoo Main Teri Dulhann and long-time friend, Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya shared the happy news on her Instagram handle. Sharing the following pictures, Divyanka wrote, “#WellDone Neha and @kiranlivz for this beautiful creation! Happy happy dancing dancing Me!!!”.

Snehal and Divyanka have been best of friends for more than a decade now since they were first together in Banoo Main Teri Dulhann. Divyanka and her hubby, Vivek Dahiya had also recently organised a baby shower for Snehal. Director Ismail Umar Khan with his wife Supriya Khan and Vivek’s sister, Riya were also present on the occasion.
In an interview recently, Snehal told IWMBuzz.com that she was totally surprised by Divek’s surprise baby shower for her. She was quoted as saying, “This was a cute surprise given by Vivek and Divyanka. It was a really nice gesture. We were ecstatic. We did not know what was happening. It was an amazing feeling when you are being pampered”.
In the same interview, she had mentioned about motherhood and her expectations. Snehal retorted, “Yes, this is the most special phase that a woman can go through. I am due in the last week of May. I have been working non-stop for more than 14 years now, with me starting my acting career when I was just 19 years old. So this is a good break for me from work. I am all set to embrace motherhood. I really hope I have a hassle-free delivery and have a healthy baby in hand”.
Talking about her hubby, Kiran Giri, Snehal sweetly opened up “Nothing is possible without his support. Kiran comes with me to all my scans, to Kokilaben Hospital. He’s not from my field, but manages and takes out time for me. It has been a wonderful pregnancy so far and we pray that it remains the same”.
Revealing that there is a need of a break and that her baby will be her universe, Snehal said, “Our baby will be our centre of focus. As actors, we cannot stay out of focus for a long time. Before their marriage in 2012, in an interview with the Times of India, Snehal had mentioned as to how she met Kiran. She revealed, “I met Kiran through family friends and we developed an instant liking for each other. Our families were also very happy with our decision to spend our lives together and wanted us to take the plunge without stretching the courtship for long”.
She had also opened up about the factors that bind them together, “We have common interests, for one, we love to travel and Kiran is also very creative. He’s a singer and has a band of his own that performs at events. He is also a fitness freak and hits the gym everyday for two hours. The best part is that he is a great cook and I am a foodie, which makes a good combination”.
We’re so happy for Snehal Sahay and Kiran Giri. And we can’t wait now to know their baby’s name.
