Once madly-in-love couple, Nisha Rawal and Karan Mehra are hitting the headlines for all the wrong reasons. They had tied the knot on November 24, 2012, and after some years of marital bliss, their marriage had hit rock bottom when Nisha had filed an FIR against her husband, Karan Mehra, for physically assaulting her. Soon, Karan had started speculating about Nisha’s extramarital affair.
Fast forward to now, things have changed drastically between the two as they're not even on talking terms and are fighting legally in court for their son, Kavish Mehra's custody. The case is still in progress, and in the meantime, Kavish is in his mother's custody. However, being a single mother, Nisha always tries to provide her son, Kavish with all the happiness he deserves. Now, the doting mommy has hosted a jungle-themed birthday party for her son, and glimpses from the same are unmissable!

On June 21, 2022, the doting mommy, Nisha Rawal hosted a cutesy jungle-themed birthday party for her little munchkin, Kavish. She took to her IG stories and dropped an array of glimpses from his 5th birthday celebration amidst the jungle. In the pictures, we can see Kavish enjoying two scrumptious birthday cakes. The first cake was adorned with the initials of K, while the other was a three-tiered delicious cake decorated with models of wild animals. Nisha also arranged fun activities for the children to keep them happily occupied. From fishing to face painting activities, Kavish and his little friends had a gala time at the birthday bash. Earlier, in a conversation with Pinkvilla, Nisha Rawal had shared how she responds to her son, Kavish, when he says he is missing his daddy, Karan. Talking about the same, the doting mommy had said that she talks about the good times that they had spent together with his daddy, Karan. In her words:
"If at all he said that he misses his father, I would help him talk about it. We would remember the good times and I always helped him express his feelings through the right words. Whenever Kavish said, 'I'm missing him and waiting for him,' I would also say, 'I'm waiting for him too.' Sometimes you feel why this happened to you and you miss the good times."

In an old interview with the ETimes TV, Nisha Rawal had opened up about raising her 5-year-old son, Kavish Mehra single-handedly. She had mentioned that nurturing a human being inside and outside the body is a kind of blessing and miracle to her. She had talked about the several helping hands, i.e., her parents, her staff and many more, who help the actress in raising her kid. Adding that she has no complaints about being a single parent, Nisha had stated:
"Motherhood has definitely been a splendid journey. I feel it has added more value to my life. I’ve a bigger purpose, nurturing a human being inside and then outside your body. It is nothing short of a blessing and a miracle that I witness everyday. They say it takes a village to raise a kid and I’ve a village with me. My staff, my mother, that support is very important. Now that I am a single parent, I always say that it takes two people to make a baby, so it takes two to raise one. But you know sometimes in life you are at a stage, when you come across challenges, you land up being a single parent. I have no complaints whatsoever because it is a very big boon to me and I feel privileged to take care of my child."
