While scrolling through our IG handle, we stumbled upon several glimpses of Shrenu Parikh and Akshay Mhatre's reception, and oh boy, the newlyweds looked like a match made in heaven. In the short clips, Shrenu can be seen looking beautiful as she donned a black lehenga and teamed it with a red sequinned choli. Shrenu's velvet lehenga and came along with stonework at the waist that emphasised its classiness.

Shrenu's sequinned red choli came along with tassel detailing. Shrenu teamed her lehenga with a sheer black dupatta that had red ruffle detailing at the border. Shrenu opted for a statement choker with a huge ruby encrusted on it and completed her look with matching earrings, matha patti. A sheen touch of makeup and open hair added stars to her reception look. The diva can be seen flaunting her sindoor-clad maang and red chooda, with which she shelled out the nayi dulhania vibes. Akshay, on the other hand, complemented his wife in a short black kurta, which he teamed with matching pants.

In the glimpses, we can see how the place was all decked up in white flowers and fairy lights. The stage for the newlyweds had a huge golden sofa and also their name initials can be seen hanging from the ceiling. We can also see how a little bubble shower is going on, which all along made the place look dreamy and left us love-struck.

There's no second thought about the fact that Shrenu and Akshay's wedding photos were enough to melt our hearts in seconds. For their day, the duo opted for red hues. Shrenu turned a Gujju bride and stunned in a red-orange-hued double-toned lehenga and teamed it with a heavily embellished choli. Shrenu added stars to her bridal look with dual dupatta. While one was tucked into her hair, the other one was left loosely on her shoulder. Heavy bridal jewels and a sheer touch of makeup made the diva look absolutely beautiful. Talking about the then-groom, Akshay, he looked dapper in a red-coloured sherwani and teamed it with a matching doshala and a cream-coloured turban.
