Pakistani cricketer, Shoaib Malik has been leading all the headlines as he tied the knot for the third time in his life. Shoaib, who was previously married to Indian Tennis sensation, Sania Mirza, announced his wedding with actress, Sana Javed, on January 20, 2024. Amid the speculations of their divorce, Sania’s father, Imran Mirza, revealed that it was a 'khula', which means that the diva unilaterally sought a divorce from her husband under Islamic law.
Taking to her IG handle, on January 20, 2024, Sana Javed reshared an IG story which was originally posted by Shoaib Malik's brother, Adeel Malik. In the picture, the newlyweds were seen posing with Adeel and flashing their brightest smiles. Atop the photo, Adeel penned, "Welcome to the Malik family Bhabi. Kush rahain dono Ameen." However, Sana was quick to react to the same and replied:
"Ameen thank you Ali."

On January 20, 2024, Shoaib Malik left everyone shocked as he announced his marriage to Pakistani actress, Sana Javed. Sharing the first-ever pictures from their wedding ceremony on his IG handle, the 41-year-old cricketer broke the internet. For the event, Shoaib opted for a white-hued sherwani with intricate golden detailing all over it. On the other hand, his bride, Sana, stunned in a green and pink-hued bridal outfit with heavy threadwork all over it. She accentuated her look with polki jewellery, which included a necklace, matching earrings, maang teeka, and paasa.
In 2010, Shoaib got married to tennis sensation, Sania and in 2018, the couple embraced parenthood with the arrival of their son, Izhaan Mirza Malik. In 2022, rumours started pouring in that Shoaib and Sania were having problems in their marriage and were heading for divorce. It is reported that Sania had reportedly caught Shoaib cheating on her and decided to part ways with him. However, as per the Pakistani media, it is also reported that the star couple is already divorced. However, none of them reacted to the news.

For the unversed, Sana Javed was previously married to Pakistani actor and singer, Umair Jaswal. The couple tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in 2020 and looked extremely happy in their wedding pictures. However, within a year, their marriage hit a rough patch and got separated by November 2021. Umair and Sana even removed all their pictures together from their respective Instagram accounts.
