Shoaib Malik and his third wife, Sana Javed, are the most talked about people of recent times owing to their shocking wedding announcement. More so because Shoaib married Sana without announcing his divorce from his ex-wife, Sania Mirza and Sana, too, was previously married to Pakistani singer, Umair Jaswal. The couple, too, didn’t officially declare their split, which is why this new union came as a shock to many.
Pakistani journalist, Naeem Hanif recently appeared on Samaa TV’s podcast, revealing that Shoaib Malik and Sana Javed have been dating each other for three years. They first met on the sets of a reality show and liked one another. Both of them were married to their respective ex-spouses during that time. He added that whenever Shoaib was approached for any reality show, he would request the makers to call Sana on board as well, but because both of them were married to other people during this phase, people did not assume anything.

Naeem Hanif added that as soon as Sania Mirza learned about this affair, she informed the Malik household about it. The Malik clan reached Dubai at the residence of Sania Mirza and Shoaib Malik and tried to convince them to reconcile and work on their wedding. However, neither Shoaib nor Sania were ready to continue their wedding, so they divorced.
Naeem Hanif divulged that Shoaib Malik’s family had taken Sania’s side in this fiasco and blamed the cricketer for cheating. He added that Shoaib’s elder sister’s husband, Imran Zafar, tried his best to make the duo patch up but to no avail. The Malik clan has collectively decided not to be a part of Shoaib Malik’s third wedding. Hence, they did not even attend it.

Soon after Shoaib Malik and Sania Mirza split, Sana Javed requested her husband, Umair Jaswal, for a divorce. The singer was utterly shocked by the demand as everything in his wedding was seemingly going smoothly according to him. The couple divorced quietly without any drama as they understood their wedding was internally empty.
