Shireen Mirza popularly known as Simran 'Simmi' Bhalla Khurana from Yeh Hai Mohabbatein had said qubool hai to the love of her life, Hasan Sartaj on October 23, 2021. It was in February 2021, when Shireen had got a surprise proposal from Hasan and since then her fans had eagerly waited for their favourite actress' wedding.
For her nikaah with Hasan, Shireen had looked gorgeous in a red lehenga with golden zari-embroidery and a double dupatta. Shireen had completed her look with gold and pearl jewellery. Her makeup artist had accentuated her look with perfectly lined eyes and highlighted makeup.

Shireen is in Delhi with her husband, Hasan as she is all set to celebrate her first Eid post-wedding. In an interview with The Times Of India, Shireen revealed why this year's Eid is special for her and said:
"Since this will be my first Eid celebration after my wedding, everyone is very excited about it. There are relatives joining us for celebrations from even other towns like Bareilly and Lucknow and I feel so special. After celebrating here, we are planning to visit Jaipur the next day. My family in Jaipur has been waiting to celebrate Eid with my husband and me."
In the same interview, Shireen also revealed that she will be cooking sevaiyaan and since her mother-in-law is an exceptional cook, she will be preparing biryani. She also talked about getting her first Eidi from her hubby, Hasan and how she is going to rob him, the stunning actress stated:
"I love getting Eidi and this year it will be all the more special, as I will be getting a lot of gifts. I am sure Hasan has planned a surprise for me. Vaise bhi main iss baar Eid par unhe lootne wali hoon (laughs). I am also planning to buy something special for him."

Every bride does something special for her groom on their D-Day, be it writing her hubby's name on her mehendi or donning an attire with their love story inscribed on it. And Shireen also did something similar as her wedding dupatta was hand-embroidered in Urdu with her hubby, Hasan's name. Sharing the thought behind the same, Shireen had posted pictures from her wedding and had penned:
"For any bride ‘Nikah Dupatta’ is a very special thing for her coz it gives a special touch to the wedding. My beautiful red nikah dupatta hand embroidered with our names in Urdu along sided heavy Kiran lace was a lovely creation by @nikah_mubarak786. Which shows a description of oneness and the togetherness of #Haseen And the ‘Qubool Hai’ pen was a special gift from my sister Sabiha."
