Netizens Bash Shilpa Shinde For Her 'Multiple Affairs' Comment On Shivangi Joshi, 'Who Are You To..'

Shilpa Shinde and Shivangi Joshi have both been in the limelight ever since they stepped inside Riteish Deshmukh and Farah Khan's Lock Upp. The show has garnered immense viewership, with fiery revelations being made in almost every episode. And now, Shilpa is facing heat from fans after making some shocking claims about the former Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actress. 

Shilpa Shinde claims Shivangi Joshi had an affair with co-stars on multiple shows

Shilpa Shinde joined Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazza after winning Bigg Boss Season 11. While fans were excited to see her on screen again, it seems she has hit rough waters with viewers given her recent comments. The actress has consistently been in the headlines, but largely for controversial reasons. And now she is back in the limelight after making remarks about her fellow contestant, Shivangi Joshi, in the latest episode.

In the clip that has now gone viral online, Shilpa Shinde can be seen speaking with Shreya Kalra, saying she believes it is only a matter of time before she and Shivangi clash. She added, "She compliments me to my face, but she's pissed off. She doesn't like me at all." To which Shreya responded, "She doesn't make friends with people like you."

Shilpa Shinde further claims that she will set Shivangi Joshi straight and make sure she leaves from here "having learned her lesson". The actress further alleged that Shivangi has done so many shows over the years and has always had an affair with her male co-star. The comment left even Shreya Kalra shocked, as she was seen trying to get Shilpa to change the topic.

However, Shilpa Shinde continued, saying that even with Kushal Tandon, Shivangi Joshi did the same thing. She pointed out the age difference between Kushal and Shivangi and said she had an affair with him too. Shilpa further claimed that Shivangi acts all innocent after doing that and asked if the YRKKH actress really thinks that they are that 'pathertic'. She was quoted as saying:

"Oh yes, we're very bad, and she's so nice. Main bhi aise logon ko saamne naa khada karun. Barabar karti hoon main usko, theek karke jaaungi usko yahan se. Itne shows kiye ab tak aur jis show mein gayi hai uss show mein uss ladke ke saath affair raha hai. Abhi Kushal Tandon usse bada hai age wise dekho toh, uske saath bhi toh affair tha uska. Uske baad aap yeh acting karte ho. Are we this pathetic? When the conversation turns into a physical relationship, you act innocent." 

Netizens left furious by Shilpa Shinde's comment

The clip quickly surfaced on social media, with many users criticizing Shilpa for her remarks. A user wrote, "How low will Shilpa stoop now?" Another user tagged Farah Khan and wrote, "This can't go unseen. You have to call it out. This is character assassination, and Shivangi should know what's being said about her." A comment read, "This is so cheap." A user penned, "And who are you to judge?"

Talking about the show, Lock Upp recently had a mid-week judgment day, where safe contestants, Shreya Kalra, Dheeraj Dhoopar, Shilpa Shinde, Pamela Serena and Varun Yadav, voted against Akanksha Choudhary and Madhuri Grover. However, introducing a twist, the hosts asked Akanksha and Madhuri to decide which one of them would leave the show. Madhuri chose to sacrifice her place for Akanksha. As a result, Akanksha has been moved to a secret room, from where she will continue to observe the game.
