It was on July 19, 2021, when Mumbai Police had arrested the London-based businessman, Raj Kundra. Raj is said to be allegedly involved in the creation of pornographic films and publishing them through some apps. For the longest time, Shilpa had maintained a distance from the public. However, now she is opening up about the issue through her cryptic posts.
However, now reports are rife that Shilpa Shetty Kundra is reportedly all set to separate from her husband, Raj Kundra, and is prepared to take her kids, Viaan and Samisha, with her, as together they are ready to move out of his mansion.

According to a Bollywood Hungama report, Raj Kundra's involvement in producing adult content has come as a huge shock to his wife, Shilpa Shetty Kundra, as she had no clue where the diamonds and their properties were coming from. The portal quoted Shilpa's close friend as saying, "Raj Kundra's troubles aren't going away in a hurry. On the contrary they seem to be multiplying every week. The disclosure of Raj Kundra's alleged link with adult content came as much as shock to Shilpa as the rest of us. She had no clue that the diamonds and duplex were coming from nefarious resources."
The source also added that Shilpa Shetty Kundra is now reportedly thinking about the prospect of distancing her children, Viaan and Samisha, from their father's alleged ill-conceived wealth. Shilpa is also allegedly planning to lead a life away from her husband, as Raj and Shilpa's separation is on the cards. The source added, "She won't be touching a penny of Kundra's assets, from what we know. She earns a substantial amount of money from judging reality shows. She has let it be known in the film industry that she is looking at more film roles after Hungama 2 and the unreleased Nikamma. Maintaining her standard of living won't be a problem for Shilpa even if her husband is inside for a long time."

There are also reports that Shilpa Shetty Kundra recalled her old connections in Bollywood, as she wants to earn more for leading a happy life with her two kids, Samisha and Viaan, out of their father, Raj Kundra's shadow. Amidst all these reports from unknown sources, an inside scoop that is leading all the headlines is that director, Priyadarshan and Shilpa's co-judge, Anurag Basu, in the show, Super Dancer 4 have offered her some exciting projects in this tumultuous phase.
Shilpa Shetty Kundra had made her acting comeback with the film, Hungama 2, but it didn't grab many people's attention towards her performance in the movie. Hence, possibilities are high that she will continue to do more television shows, as her stint in the dance reality show, Super Dancer 4 is so far a successful one.
