Yes, in her 20 reasons list, it was her kids, Viaan and Samisha that topped the list as she shared a picture with her kids, where Viaan can be seen loving his younger sister, Samisha while the actress looked at them with utmost love. Apart from her kids, Shilpa also credited her husband, Raj Kundra, her girl gang, Shamita Shetty and Akanksha Malhotra and her other known activities like ‘Sunday Binge’. Sharing the video, Shilpa wrote, “T-W-E-N-T-Y M-I-L-L-I-O-N I feel blessed beyond words to consistently be receiving SOoooo much love and support from all of you! Shilpa Shetty Kundra was living a blessed life with her husband, Raj Kundra and son, Viaan Raj Kundra, praying to have a daughter. Her wish was fulfilled when she had embraced motherhood for the second time via surrogacy on February 21, 2020. Shilpa had announced the beautiful addition of a baby girl into her family on her IG handle by sharing a glimpse of her little world. She had also announced her name and had explained the science behind it. The doting mother had explained that 'Sa' in Sanskrit is "to have", and 'Misha' in Russian stands for "someone like God".

In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Shilpa had talked about the challenges she had faced as a parent after the birth of her daughter, Samisha. Revealing it was a difficult task for not letting Viaan feel ignored after the arrival of Samisha, Shilpa had said, “It was really hard because my son is nearly nine and he is doing virtual school. To be a hands-on parent, with a newborn, not making him feel like he is being ignored, because he has always been the apple of my eye and all of ours, was a hard task.” For Shilpa, lockdown had turned out to be a blessing as she could spend quality time with both her kids.
On February 1, 2021, Shilpa had taken to her Instagram handle and had started an 'Ask Me Anything' session. The actress had answered questions of her fans while travelling to her project's sets and getting ready for her shoot. There was a particular question that had won everyone's hearts, as it had once again made us realise that no one in this world will love you more than your mother. One user had asked Shilpa, "How do you handle your baby and son with work?" To which, the doting mother and talented actress had revealed her life's one mantra that she follows to her heart. Revealing the same, she had said, "My babies are my first priority; everything else comes later."
