Recently, Shaun White was spotted in public with a mystery blonde woman, who seemed to be on a date. TMZ shared images of the duo spending quality time at Lala Land Kind Cafe in West Hollywood. Shaun reportedly ordered a matcha while chatting with the blonde woman. Notably, her identity has not yet been revealed. The dynamics of the blondie and Shaun's relationship are also unclear, and theories that he dumped Angela Garten for her remain unverified.

Regarding Shaun and the unnamed woman's Hollywood outing, they reportedly arrived together in his car, spent time inside the cafe, and then left together. They weren't accompanied by his driver as Shaun himself took the wheel. Onlookers noted that there wasn't anything romantic between Shaun and the blonde woman, and the meetup was strictly platonic. According to the source, the duo didn't meet alone at the cafe; a friend joined them.
Regardless, their sighting generated immense buzz as it came just weeks after Shaun was photographed looking cosy with his alleged girlfriend, Angela, in New York City. Many felt that Shaun had broken up with the model and was exploring new options. In contrast, others felt the snowboarder was just hanging out with acquaintances and being extra careful about whom he dates since his heartbreaking split from his ex-fiancée, Nina Dobrev.

Shaun White and Nina Dobrev had a brief meetup in 2012 at an award show, but they didn't interact much. However, in 2019 the duo met again at a motivational workshop led by Tony Robbins in Florida. After the event, they had dinner together and soon started dating. In 2020, when the pandemic hit, the couple moved in together, and according to him, Nina felt like a 'lifesaver'. In 2024, they got engaged; however, 11 months later, they decided to part ways.

The reason for their breakup is not known; however, it was said to be a mutual split. A few weeks before the breakup news, Nina sat down for an interview with E! News, during which she was asked about her marriage plans. Nina revealed that she was in no rush to get married, adding that the boyfriend phase was longer than the fiancé phase, and she wanted to hold onto the fun title for a little longer. While it couldn't prove the actual reason for their split, fans revisited the same statement after she called off their engagement, as they thought it could very well be one of the reasons.
At that time, one of Nina's TikTok videos also went viral, in which she lip-synced to a clip about men who got a lot of women to fix them. It sparked cheating allegations; however, neither the actress nor the Olympian commented on the same. The words on the clip were:
"What's your advice for women trying to fix their man? Listen, Bob the Builder, he's got 10 other women trying to fix him too, and you all look like a damn construction crew."
