When Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput Kapoor’s daughter, Misha Kapoor said ‘hello’ to the world, that memory still rings fresh in our minds. After teasing their fans with little glimpses of Misha, Shahid finally shared a lovely picture of Mira cuddling Misha, on his Instagram handle and captioned it, “Hello World.” We relived that moment again when Mira shared the first picture of their newborn baby boy, Zain Kapoor on social media, and it took the internet by the storm. Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput Kapoor were blessed with their second child, a baby boy on September 5, 2018, and they named the little one, Zain Kapoor. Shahid’s doting wife Mira delighted their fans with the first glimpse of Junior Kapoor on Diwali and she captioned his pic as, “Hello world”. Here’s the pic:
Since it was Zain Kapoor’s first Diwali, Shahid and Mira had low-key celebrations with just family in attendance, including Ishaan Khatter and Neelima Azeem. Mira gave their fans a glimpse of the Diwali decoration at their house, and captioned it, "Home is where the heart is". Mira also shared a lovely picture of their 'sunshine', and wrote, "You are my sunshine, my only sunshine #oursong".
Mira then shared a lovely family picture with Shahid, Misha and her mother-in-law, Neelima Azeem. She captioned it, “With Dadi!! Ta-Thai-Thai-Tat”. But two more pictures that are going viral from the Diwali celebrations of the Kapoor clan is with their little munchkin, Zain Kapoor. In the picture, Shahid, Ishaan, Neelima ji can be seen happily posing for the camera, and newbie mommy Mira is holding baby Zain in her arms. Take a look at the pictures:
At the arrival of Zain Kapoor in this world, the elated grandma, Neelima Azeem shared her happiness in an interview. Expressing her joy, she said, "It's wonderful. Shahid and Mira are complete. I am in the best phase of my life. Misha has been the love of my life ever since she was born. And now, Zain joins her. He is a beautiful child. We all have toiled very hard in our lives and now just reaping happiness. God has been kind." Neelima ji also revealed ‘big sister’ Misha’s reaction on having a sibling, "It is definitely a sweet and exciting part in her life. Now, she has got a brother and a companion. Misha is basically a very soft and tender child. She is full of energy and fun, there is a lot of sweetness in her. Even when she goes to the beach, she will play with the puppies and babies there.. she is like that with everyone and now it is her own brother. But, of course, it is a little emotional adjustment for all the children so that will happen. But I think her parents are handling that very beautifully. They are balancing the act nicely. All the credit goes to Mira and Shahid."
Further stating that she had a strong feeling that it would be a son, Neelima said, "I had a very strong feeling that they will get a son, this time. I had even shared it with them. I kind of saw a son in their arms in one of my dreams." She also revealed that the name Zain was decided at the time of Misha's birth, itself, "Mira and Shahid decided it mutually. At the time of Misha's birth, Zain was decided. It was that it will be Misha if it is a girl (combination of Mira and Sasha) and if it is a boy, it will be Zain. Long back I had shared the name with Zain. I had told Shahid that I love 4 names- Shahid, Ishaan, Zain and Kaamraan."
When asked if a naming ceremony will be hosted, Neelima ji had stated, "I don't think they are too much into ritual. Both Shahid and Mira love celebrations, get-togethers and party and have fun and all but I don't think they are majorly into traditions. They are traditional in some ways but they are not too much into rituals but I guess, you never know. They always come up with beautiful ideas, Mira is very good with that and Shahid is very happy to embrace it and give suggestions."
