In his conversation with the media at a Radio Mirchi event, Shahid addressed the question and even revealed the reason why he decided not to pose solo with his ex-girlfriend, Kareena. "Just tell me how it is decided that two people feel awkward. That we were looking at each other in a particular way? What you did find awkward? Because if I and Kareena click pictures together then people will just write about it and keep talking about it only. Hum vaha pe as a team aaye the. Main chahata tha uska sahi representation ho.”

Shahid Kapoor's statement took no time to lead all the headlines as it was probably the first time when he openly talked about not posing with his ex-ladylove, Kareena Kapoor Khan.
