It seems like the season of weddings has struck the glamour world again as in just a week, we have witnessed three weddings despite the pandemic. The pandemic surely affected the grandeur of the events, but our favourite stars did not let their union and love get affected by the Coronavirus. First, it was Badminton player, Jwala Gutta and South star, Vishnu Vishal, then comedians, Sugandha Mishra and Sanket Bhosale and now, TV actor, Kunal Saluja and his nutritionist fiancée, Sanjana Arora, who have tied the knot.

Yes, Sony TV’s show, Sargam Ki Sadhe Satii actor, Kunal Saluja has finally tied the knot with his fiancée, Sanjana Arora. Though the pandemic affected their plans, the couple took their wedding vows in an intimate ceremony on April 25, 2021. For the unversed, the actor had also gotten his wedding date and the couple’s name’s initials inked on his forearm to make it special for his wife. And finally, Kunal and Sanjana have become one.
Kunal Saluja tied the knot with his fiancée, Sanjana Arora on April 25, 2021, in her hometown, Dewas, Madhya Pradesh, keeping the pandemic in mind. For their wedding, Kunal and Sanjana twinned in the shades of white and pink as the groom wore a white bandhgala with a pink turban and the bride wore a white anarkali with pink floral work on it. The two looked perfect for their Gurudwara wedding. To announce their wedding, on one hand, Kunal shared a selfie with Sanjana on his IG stories, on the other hand, Sanjana shared a video on her IG stories, where the couple can be seen dancing, post-wedding. Their wedding pictures are going viral over the internet.
In a conversation with The Times of India, Kunal talked about his wedding and the precautions taken by the couple. He shared that keeping the COVID-19 scare in mind, the venue was changed and it was an intimate affair with just 25 people in presence. He said, “Only immediate families were present. We were extremely careful about following all precautions.” Kunal also shared that his bride made a grand entry for the pre-wedding ceremonies as she lifted him and carried him to the stage. He said, “She entered the area beating the dhol and lifted me and carried me to the stage (laughs!). The family dinner tripled up for sagan, sangeet and reception. We had our pheras the following morning. Once things become better, I will plan a grand reception for all my relatives and friends.”

Earlier in an interview with The Times of India, Kunal had shared how the family had to make last-minute changes to their wedding plans. As no weddings can take place in Indore till April 30, 2021, the couple had to shift their wedding venue to Sanjana’s hometown. He had said, “According to the new rule, no weddings can take place in Indore till April 30. My marriage was scheduled to take place in Indore on April 26. However, keeping in mind the pandemic and the new rule, I have changed the venue to Sanjana’s hometown in Dewas, which is 30 kms from Indore. I have had to also advance my wedding by a day. So, I am now tying the knot on April 25. My sister is also getting married and her wedding will take place on April 23.”
