In June 2023, Sanjeeda was on vacation with her daughter, Ayra as they explored the forest of Gir. While Sanjeeda's pictures didn't feature anyone else, some fans found a similarity between her and Harshvardhan Rane's IG posts. The duo have worked together in the action drama, Taish. Harshvardhan had also dropped a picture of him on a similar safari.

After the rumours of Harshvardhan Rane and Sanjeeda Shaikh made rounds on the internet, the actor former up about the same. Recently, in an interview with News18, Harshvardhan shared that the rumours don't bother him as it is the job of journalists. He added that people can write anything about him. He was quoted as saying:
"It does not bother me because it is the job of journalists to write and they also have a weekly deadline and daily quota or target of stories to submit. I see them as humans who are trying to do a job, just like my job is to be in films."
In 2021, Sanjeeda addressed the rumours surrounding her linkup. In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Sanjeeda shared that rumours don't affect her. It is her work and acting that matters and nothing else. She had said:
"I have understood that two people working together, people will talk. I work with my next actor and people will talk. So it is never going to stop, it will keep going. It is okay, let them talk. I have no problem with that. But at the end of the day if you take notice of my work and like my acting, I am okay with it. You can speak whatever you want, it should not affect my work."
