However, it is not certain when Sambhavna will reveal the face of her twins, as a user wrote, "Bhagwan ne intezaar ka sabse khoobsurat inaam diya hai. A while back, Sambhavna shared an emotional video where she was seen entering the surgery room. Sambhavna was emotional, but as soon as she entered the surgery room, she froze. She looked at her twins and could not stop crying and screaming, "Omg. Hamari family puri complete ho gayi hai." A user seeing her break down had penned, "You made me cry, dear, but these were tears of joy. A big, big congratulations to the beautiful family. Radhekrishna jii bless you all." Sambhavna Seth had earlier taken to her Instagram handle to reveal that Maha Diwali came early in 2026. This is because Lakshmi and Ganesh both came to their house, and their hearts are filled with gratitude. Their caption had 'Har Har Mahadev' written on it.

Sambhavna Seth's husband, Avinash Dwivedi, revealed in an earlier interview with Hindustan Times that they had faced challenges conceiving. He shared that when he and Sambhavna married, they did not plan to become parents. Their family had pressured them to have kids. Avinash noted how IVF cycles gave Sambhavna failed results, and he shared:

"When we finally got ready to have a baby, we had trouble conceiving. So, we started trying with IVF. I have seen that it is a very painful process, especially when it fails. It has helped a lot of couples, but watching Sambhavna go through this again and again breaks my heart.”

Sambhavna Seth's husband, Avinash Dwivedi, had also shared that it was her decision to keep trying with IVF. She was determined to go through the process time and again. Avinash revealed that Sambhavna's body underwent many changes, as well as mood shifts. Her normal life had gone for a toss in that one month (of the IVF cycle). But she was determined to try it again and again.
