'Ye Illegal Hai..' Sambhavna Seth Reveals How Surrogacy Was Allowed In Her Case After Lot Of Trying

Sambhavna Seth and Avinash Mishra are in the seventh heaven as the couple embraced parenthood via surrogacy. The actress-turned-YouTuber has waited with bated breath to feel the joy of motherhood and hold her little child. And after ten years of a rollercoaster ride with lots of lows, Sambhavna got blessed with double joy as she welcomed twins - a boy and a girl.

Sambhavna Seth revealed how surrogacy happened in her case

In an earlier Vlog, Sambhavna revealed how surrogacy was allowed in her case. She first clarified that a single parent cannot opt for surrogacy. Also, couples who have not tried IVF or had a miscarriage are not allowed to choose surrogacy. She revealed that the government has banned the use of surrogacy, as people who had one child were also using the method. She added that now a court permission has been taken to get the approval.

Sambhavna revealed that since they had years of records of failed IVF documents, a miscarriage, and her age being a factor, the court approved them. But the journey wasn't easy; she had to attend the case hearings and get her check-up by the government doctor, who further gives approval that the person is eligible for surrogacy or not. 

Sambhavna addressed the trolls who called her surrogacy illegal

Sambhavna further addressed the trolls who questioned how she was able to do surrogacy, as it is illegal. She revealed that it is not illegal for the government to open the method for the parents who are genuinely left with no option. She added that she has done nothing illegal and has all the court documents and approval. She said:

"Ap logo ke questions toh, 'Oh ye Sambhavna kaise kara rahi hai yeh illegal hai.' Boss ye hum log illegal jaa hi nahi sakte, hum toh kya koi nahi jaa sakta. Hum toh public ki najar mein hai, koi bhi agar kahe de inhone ye illegal tareeke se karaya toh humare pass toh saare papers hai court ka thappa hai humare pass, court ke documents hai."

Sambhavna Seth revealed her true feelings and the emotions when she cut her children's umbilical cords

On June 4, 2026, Sambhavna Seth shared a complete vlog of her children's delivery. She got the call about the delivery late at night, and the babies arrived on June 3, 2026. Sambhavna was left super emotional seeing the kids, and when the doctors asked her to cut the umbilical cords of her babies, she couldn't stop crying. She broke down and took all her strength to cut the umbilical cord.

After which, an emotional Sambhavna revealed that she had no idea that she was blessed with twins. She also talked about the feeling she got while cutting the umbilical cord. Sambhavna further revealed that every astrologer told her that she won't have a baby girl. But only one astrologer, who is her friend, told her via tarot that there is a boy and a girl. Sambhvna said:

"Sabne kaha tha life mein beti nahi hai." 

Sambhavna and Avinash couldn't express their happiness in words and were left extremely emotional. Sambhavna revealed that she wanted her child's delivery on a particular day and time, but her doctors were not convinced. However, God had made his plans, and the kids arrived at the same time. It is worth mentioning that Sambhavna and Avinash have welcomed their twins after ten years of pain.
