Salman Khan is one of the undisputed superstars of Bollywood, and enjoys a massive fandom not just within the country, but overseas as well. The handsome hunk, who is known for nailing all kinds of roles from comedy, action to romance, is fondly tagged as bhaijaan in the film industry. Speaking about his professional career, Salman made his debut with Biwi Ho To Aisi and hasn’t looked back ever. According to multiple reports, the actor with his lavish lifestyle, has a net worth of over 350 million dollars, that tantamount to Rs. 2850 crores. And now, Salman seems to have cracked a massive deal, which is no less than gold.
According to a recent report by ET, Salman Khan has yet again leased out his massive commercial space, covering 2140.71 square metres in the hubspot of Santacruz in Mumbai. The space, which was previously leased out to the retail brand, Food Hall, managed by the Future Group has been replaced with another huge retail establishment post the former’s financial ruin. Reportedly, the space has now been lent out to LandCraft Retail Pvt Ltd, for opening a new venture named Food Square, for a period of 60 months. The actor has reportedly signed a monthly rental deal of Rs. 1 crore, with a deposit money of Rs. 5.4 crores. The rent agreement was signed on August 2, 2023.

There can be no second thoughts about the kind of love and appreciation that Salman Khan has been receiving from his audience. However, in one of his previous appearances on the show, Koffee With Karan, Salman had called himself as below-average actor, in comparison with his peers, such as Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan. He had mentioned:
“I think I’m a below-average actor. I think that the romantic scene that Shah Rukh does and his intensity, I don’t think anybody can touch him in that. Then Aamir. His sincerity is amazing. His ability to give 100% in every shot."
During his previous media interaction for the promotion of his then-upcoming film, Kisi Ka Bhai, Kisi Ki Jaan, Salman Khan had given a sassy response to a reporter, who compared him with younger actors, and asked him to name a few of them who had impressed him with their talents. He admitted that, although there are a few actors, who are truly hard-working and possess serious acting skills, nevertheless, he, along with some of contemporaries are still capable of making the new actors run for their money. In his words:
“We (Akshay Kumar, Shah Rukh Khan, Ajay Devgn, Salman Khan and Aamir Khan) will make them run for their money. We are not retiring anytime soon. Our films also work and so we hike our fees. Seeing that, they also increase their fee even when their films are not working."

While Salman Khan has soared so highly in his professional front, it is his personal life that has, on the contrary, always gone downhill. The actor unfortunately, has never had a successful relationship with any of the women he dated, which included Sangeeta Bijlani, Aishwarya Rai, Katrina Kaif, Somy Ali and others. During one of his appearances on the show, Aap Ki Adalat, Salman had recalled his dating life, and had admitted that the only reason behind all his failed relationships was himself.
